comunicamos que el lavabo estaba atascado y no se podía utilizar y no hicieron nada por arreglarlo o bien ubicarnos en otra habitación, hemos realizado una queja por escrito en el hotel. Gracias

Fuera del centro pero muy bien y prontamente conectado con él y la salida a la vez. Muy buena atención y con aparcamiento urbano cerca, aparte del del hotel.

Bom hotel com estacionamento fácil e gratuito mesmo ao lado. Fica a uns 25 minutos a pé da Plaza Mayor, por isso o melhor é ir de carro e usar o excelente parque subterrâneo que existe nessa praça.

自駕交通方便 ，周圍可以免費停車，走20分鐘過橋到老城。 酒店週末居民區，什麼也沒有，沒有餐廳，超市， 去任何地方需要開車。

Hotel to avoid ….no welcome when you arrive No restaurants around and the person in charge is unable to give you information , does not want to check if any restaurant os opened around when you arrive after 9:pm…… Let you walk around without help AVOID

Very small room wanted €4 for a bottle of water. Charmless reception staff, one man even shouted at my husband for knocking something over when he did not, when the man realised my husband had nothing to do with it, he offered no apology. The breakfast was ok, not as good as other NH hotels I have stayed at and the room was so cold. Location is good.

The hotel is located in a very isolated area in the outskirts of Madrid far from everywhere and with very poor transport connections. Decortion of rooms is very old fashion and need urgent refurbishment.

This was my least favourite stay with an NH hotel, the entrance area smelt of stale body odour, the rooms were clean but the bathrooms were tired. The breakfast was not as good as I recalled at my previous NH hotels, but it was pleasant with nice helpful staff.

Easy to find. Good for people who needs to go in and out of the city quickly. Quiet zone. Just some minutes walking to the city center. Everything was good but the gym, so small and full. Two persons is to much for that room.

Really don't know where to start, parked in the underground car park, no signage as to where to go and no lights, Long check in only one poor girl on. Restaurant closed but unaware, Room Ok, but towels old and threadbare, no tea or coffee making facilties. Would struggle to pay €50 for this somehow I'm paying three times that. Avoid.

Large Room and bathroom, AC, Minibar. Nice and diversified breakfast. Close but not direct in center of the city of Valladolid (15-20 min walk to Plaza Mayor) All the ingredients to enjoy a professional stay without any surprise.

Completly surprised with the nigh shift reception, polited and professional, rooms and breakfast. The only recomendation i have as about room TV, maybe one day change to a large screen to match with all the high standards in the hotel
