酒店好像在開發區，有公交直達市裡，服務人員幫忙打車，很熱心

酒店在巴拉多利德城外，周邊有大型超市，加油站，還有一些倉庫與工廠，衹適合自駕遊。大堂有餐廳，房間是宜必思傳統快捷酒店的風格。

Das IBIS Hotel verfuegt ueber sehr saubere Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Flachbild-TV. An der Sauberkeit der sanitaeren Anlagen gab es nichts zu meckern. Es war alles sehr sauber. Das Bett war auch sauber und bequem. Die Zimmer koennen nur mit einer Codekarte betreten werden, sind somit sehr sicher. Das Fruehstueck war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Wird auch schon ab 6.30 Uhr serviert. Eine Bar ist auch vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Personal spricht auch englisch. 24 Stunden Rezeption. Kreditkartenzahlung ist auch moeglich. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten dieses Hotels gehoeren kostenlose Parkplaetze und ein Fahrstuhl. Behindertengerecht eingerichtet. Nebenan ist eine grosse Tankstelle. Sehr guter Fernstreckenanschluss. Sehenswuerdigkeiten, Innenstadt, Restaurants, Museen, Kirchen etc. koennen nicht zu Fuss erreicht werden. Bus Nr. 24 haelt aber direkt vor der Tuer und faehrt im Stunden-Takt in die Innenstadt. Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Wuerde dort wieder uebernachten, sofern ich in Valladolid bin.

We use the Ibis Valladolid regularly. This visit we found they were refurbishing the lobby and restaurant, due to be completed end of November 2023. Despite the works, we were accommodated for dinner and breakfast as normal. The hotel is comfortable and the staff are excellent. We will return next year.

was a dog friendly hotel, room. we had 2 jack russels with us. everyone very helpful. room was what we needed, basic but clean, tidy with a good shower. Food was above average for a basic hotel(room) and reasonably priced for the roon. used it as a stopover to get ferry in Santander, approx 2.5 hr drive. and as other have said route from hotel to main highway to Santander waseasy with no traffic holdups

We have stayed here a few times already and were happy to stay again. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. We use an accessible room which suits our needs. The restaurant offers a small but varied menu which we enjoyed for dinner and a good buffet for breakfast. All in all, an excellent value-for-money hotel in an ideal position for our travels through Spain.

I was lucky, I didn't book ahead on the way south, but they were full when I returned heading home. Room was very clean and comfortable, easy WiFi log in, excellent buffet breakfast with a huge choice of fruit, cereal, bread, croissants, juices, coffee etc. My only criticism is difficult parking, only a few places at the front and limited places behind the hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly, they spoke good English

The hotel is well placed for a stopover being approximately 2 miles off the motorway and 2.5 hrs from Santander. The staff are very welcoming, the rooms clean and a decent selection of good value food. Overall the service is very good.

Always a good stay here, staff are friendly,disabled room good plenty of room. Dogs very comfortable We have stays here for many years. It had taken us two years to return. We noticed the new decor which was better giving us extra room.

Feeling tired and chilly we stopped off at the ibis in Valladolid January 13th it was after 6pm not expecting to stop we hadn’t booked in anywhere, the lady on the desk spoke excellent English and was very welcoming, we didn’t order any dinner as tbh we were too tired to eat but she made up a lovely tea tray for us no problem. Our room was warm & clean the wifi was excellent , the bed was clean very comfortable, peaceful no noise, shower clean and hot, the continental breakfast was very nice,the day time staff also very kind,most impressed will stay again, thank you

Functional hotel for overnight stop Next to large warehouse so lots of trucks moving around in early hours But clean and comfortable Breakfast was poor no hot food But you get what you pay for

Stayed here several times prior to covid, this visit was an unpleasant surprise. Bedroom showing signs of age and water leakage stains on ceiling. Reception and dining areas looked dirty with dirt and grease smeared on ceiling tiles and a general feeling of neglect. Evening meal and breakfast again were a disappointment with an increase in price and a definite reduction in choice, quality and amount, It appears that the hotel is trying to recoup losses by reducing standards, We will think twice before we stay here again, not the worst hotel we've stayed in but definitely going downhill
