Excellent location, a couple o hundred yards from the Dart shuttle train for a four or five minute ride into Luton Airport. we securely parked at the hotel for an extra cost Friendly staff, good clean room. Food choice in the evening limited, the vegetarian curry we had was tasty. Breakfast good. Gym available

First time using hotel. Really impressed, big room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. Took me 3 mins to get to the airport, and I still had a good one half hours before my 8.35am flight. Definitely would use this hotel again.

Nice location and stuffs are very friendly

The Hotel itself is very good, and for the price, it should be. However, if you are arriving by plane, you have to get the shuttle bus, to the Luton Airport Parkway railway Station and then transverse the station in order to get to the hotel. Alternatively you can take the A bus or the 100, which stops outside the hotel. Nobody tells you this. The breakfast is good.

I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was really good.

Stayed for 1 night before an early flight, we were given a room with twin beds despite having booked a queen room. However this wasn’t a huge deal. Easy check out in the morning and 2 minute walk to the DART to the airport. Parked my car at the hotel, better value than paying for official airport parking and convenience of the DART also good.

The check-in process took far too long. Especially when we had a late flight and wanted to go to bed. This is an airport hotel so this should really be improved.

A clean, spacious hotel that's useful for Luton Airport and the DART shuttle. Right next to the train station for a quick ride to Luton for something to eat.

Hair in every bed I saw as I had to change room at about midnight as I checked in late that day. Yellow stain on a mattress cover. The manager was speaking loud in the corridors even though it was late. He told me that he was happy to refund me so I would leave when I explained that I was only trying to find a solution and wanted to sleep. I was offered complementary water. The breakfast consisted in non fresh items mainly and the pots containing yogurt were not clean.
