Location is nice, premises is usp, cleanliness and maintenance in premises is superb, amenities and services are good, food can be improved. Enjoyed the stay with family and definitely worth visit considering the competitive pricing.

Kazan lifestyle has a promotional offer here. They are such big frauds. Nancy the owner doesn't pick up calls, the team doesn't respond. Please dont waste your money. I had to reach out directly to Passclub for my booking, since they didn't.

The property is very beautiful and very close to the vagator beach. Owner has created an awesome property but the staff fails to clean and maintain it. There was a used spoon in my room when i requested to replace it the supervisor started shouting on me that it is not used. Kettle was broken, no replacement of coffee sachets. Most terrible was the ac, the room is too big and the ac wasnt able to cool the bedroom at all. On asking i was shown another room but with same issue. Do not get fooled by the “garden view “ written in room description, there is no garden at all. Swimming pool is very good and well maintained. Food is also good.

I am writing to express my frustration with my recent visits to your establishment. Despite providing feedback multiple times regarding both the customer service and food quality, I have seen no improvement. The service has consistently been slow and inattentive, with staff appearing disinterested in addressing customer needs. Additionally, the food has been subpar; dishes have arrived cold, undercooked, and lacking in flavor. I had hoped for a better experience after my previous feedback, but it seems my concerns have gone unheeded. I genuinely want to see your establishment succeed, but significant changes are needed to regain customer trust.

Disappointing Food Quality and Poor Customer Responsiveness I have had one of the worst dining experiences at The Grand Leony Resort in Goa. Since day one, the food quality has been subpar, and despite repeatedly providing feedback, there has been no noticeable improvement. It's disappointing to see such a lack of effort in addressing customer concerns, especially after multiple complaints. The resort management seems completely uninterested in customer feedback and making necessary improvements. This lack of responsiveness made my stay unpleasant and frustrating. I would not recommend this resort if you're expecting good food or service that values your opinion.

The property location is 500mtrs away from vagator beach. It's recently renovated. We loved it. The services are good. The attendants are very polite and quick. The swimming pool is big enough.
