We have been going to Goa for over 20 years but for some reason have never stayed at the Nazri. This was our first trip since pre covid. We arrived mid December and stayed for 2 weeks over Xmas. Arrived late afternoon. First impressions, check in friendly and smooth, taken to our room which was Deluxe with pool view. Was surprised how ***y different blocks of rooms the hotel has. Didn't expect that. Was also surprised there was a lift which is really unusual for Goa. The room was large, spacious, a good sized bed, safe in room, a bathroom with shower over the bath. The good thing was that the bath is not too tall so its really easy to step in for the shower, which is great for people with reduced mobility. The balcony overlooked the pool and plains. We found the bed linen really good, much better than in ***y hotels we've stayed before. Breakfast - we only had this a couple of times, which is no reflection on the hotel. There is inside and outside seating, breakfast is busy, but staff are really helpful. Everyone seemed happy with what was on offer with lots of food being eaten. There is an omelettes station and a station for Indian bread. There are lots of beds around the pool and on the lawns. Availability was only an issue the Xmas week, but still the pool boys ensured every one had a bed, and an umbrella if required. The towel boys were really good and after a day or two knew your preferred spots, how ***y would be using the beds and ensured you were seated comfortably without asking. Theres a small pool bar which is open all day and night and a nice gathering spot. Prices are really reasonable. People seemed to be ordering snacks and meals which were served at lunchtime I think. They have entertainment or theme nights a few nights a week which people seem to enjoy. In the evening the inside restaurant is open which has a bar but we didn't use this. In terms of location its perfect. Straight outside the hotel gate is the busy Baga main road, and its a literally 2 minutes to Tito's lane. Also its great for access to the beach. But when in the hotel and by the pool you would never believe you were so close to the hustle and bustle as the hotel is quiet and peaceful. All staff are polite and helpful. The Tui rep tended to have a walk around the pool mid morning to greet guests which is always nice to see. Goa itself has changed so much over the last 20 years, even before Covid. We found ourselves thinking, ”so ***y things the same”, ”so ***y things different”, but basically we were so glad to be able to get back to Goa again. Would I recommend this hotel. Definitely. Location, staff, excellent pool area and staff, great rooms and beds. (Lift and low baths good for people with less mobility). What's not too like! Already booked again.

Hallo Alle, Ich bin ein eifersüchtiger Reisende, der in den letzten 7 Monaten 8 Reiseziele für Arbeiten und Freizeit abgedeckt hat. Ich war in Goa für die letzten 2 Wochen. Im verwunderlichen 3- und 4-Sterne-Hotel in North and South Goa verblieben, aber dann habe ich einen Fehler gemacht, indem ich ihre Fotos anschaute und Lotus Sutra, Aarambol buchte. Dies ist die schlimmste Eigenschaft jemals, mich und meine Frau trafen in unserer Reise. Selbst BnBs oder Schach-Stadt wären besser gewesen als Lotus Sutra. Außer der Ansicht, alles, was sie hatten, ist völlig nutzlos und unbegründet und ich werde mit meinem Post reden teilen. Ich habe ihnen einen Betrag für 2 N gezahlt, der nicht einmal einen Aufenthalt wert war, der auch Frühstück und ein Meerblick-Wohnung umfasst. Als wir eintratten, bemerkten wir, dass die Mitarbeiter und die Rezeption Leute nicht sehr willkommen sind, sie buchstäblich kein Interesse an Ihrem schnellen, schwachen Einchecken. Sie sind nur ihre Arbeit zu tun und nicht für große Kundenerfahrung. Hoffnungsloses Frühstück für Vegetarier und schlimmstes Menü je. Wir bestellten 3 Dinge in Veg und alles waren pathetisch in Geschmack. Wir baten um einen Spielstick von der Rezeption am Abend, um eine Kerze in unserem Zimmer zu erleuchten, aber niemand kam und antwortete bis zu 1 Stunde. Wir haben wieder angerufen und wir wurden entschuldigt, Sir, wir halten nicht die Spielsticks. Ein 1-Sterne-Hotel würde auch einen Leichtiger oder Match-Stick aus der Küche geben oder arrangieren oder für ihre Gäste in einer Reiseziel wie Goa halten, aber das ist nicht ein Wohnzimmer oder ein Hotel, sondern die schlimmste Erfahrung für jeden Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns gebeten, unseren Aufenthalt um etwa 30 Minuten oder 1 Stunde zu verlängern, da unser Flug am Abend war, aber wir wurden klar gesagt, nein, nicht möglich. Das Personal hat buchstäblich keine Gerichtsbarkeit, keine Fähigkeit, die Leute zu behandeln oder eine Funktion oder Veranstaltung für Hausgäste zu arrangieren. Dies ist nicht wie ein Kette oder ein branded Hotel laufen .
