We stayed here for three days and had a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—some of the nicest we’ve encountered. A major bonus is the hotel's location, right across from Uxbridge station, making it super convenient for travelers. The rooms are just the right size. We had four suitcases and were able to open them comfortably inside the room. The hotel also has an elevator, which was a big plus, and they offer daily room cleaning upon request. Another highlight was their flexibility—since we’re heading to Scotland, they kindly allowed us to store our luggage, which made our trip much easier. Highly recommend staying here!

This is not the first time we are staying at this hotel. We keep coming back as it is a fantastic hotel. The staff are really professional, friendly and helpful.

The room was clean (although the chairs could do with replacing), bed was comfy and I liked the shower, we had a problem with the bedding on first night, but Saaruja was brilliant and she got it sorted, breakfast was good, and all the staff we came into contact with were helpful and pleasant. Convenient for tube station and shopping centres. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Room was clean and staff were friendly. The hotel is also in a great location if you want to stroll around as it’s in the town centre which was very convenient. Next time we will be staying here if we come back to the area! Well done management

Firstly it was very disappointing we were not allowed to check in just 30minutes before our check in time 15:00pm, if we wanted than we were asked to pay £10/- per hour for early check in but the checkout time is 12:00pm, 2 hours prior to check in, we had a reservations for 3nights the room alloted to us was tripping its temperature & the control for it was accessed by the receptionist after requesting also the room was chilling cold & also the shower was damage as well, we couldn't sleep for 1 night due to freezing cold the next day morning we requested again so the change the room but the other room also was a bit same, no cleaning of the entire rooms cleaning the bin or making the bed or change of towels, after requested for cleaning of the room still not done, at the reception the ladies staff was very rude, didn't expect this kind of rude welcoming on the arrival very disappointing & bad experience wouldn't recommend anyone for stay in here.

The room was excellent nice and tidy and sangita is very polite and friendly everytime. the food was delicious and tasty the rooms were comfortable and massive and nice to sleep in it also the decoration of the hotel is fantastic keep up the good work

The best premier inn I think I have stayed in. Helpful reception staff , immaculate room and public areas. Great location. After a hideous experience in the Didcot Premier Inn this has restored my faith in this brand. Good breakfast options if you have breakfast

Very nice room and staff! The full English breakfast buffet was so good and my bed was soooo comfy I didn't want to leave it. Bathroom was also very nice and I love the purple light above double beds it's so cool and gives off a very nice vibe 10/10

Had a wonderful stay here as a short get away with my partner. the team were friendly and accommodating to all the questions we had. the breakfast was fantastic, chef Yissel makes some of the best breakfasts I've had in any hotel, you could see how much the team on the floor work well together, laughing, interacting but still making sure the breakfast ran smoothly, I believe they're names are Hamza and Ameena. Will defiantly be back when we're in the area.

The bed was too low for a disabled room but the staff were brilliant they sorted the bed for me after a few complaints. staff are very friendly made some new friends while here would highly recommend great service clean breakfast is great value
