Location was good, city centre, rooms need renovation. Specially toilets, breafast was strictly ok. On the whole a 3 outoff 5 stars

The property is located in the heart of the city at rana pratap marg, walking distance to hazratganj market. Room is a bit small as compared to new hotels but it is well designed and all the necessary amenities are available in the room. I stayed with family of 4 people and we stayed comfortably and liked the hotel. Food is really good & staff is very courteous.

Great stay for business travelers i had a fantastic stay at arif castles during my recent business trip. The location is perfect, with easy access to key business areas and transportation. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with fast wi-fi and a great workspace. The food was excellent, with a wide range of options, especially at breakfast. The staff were friendly and professional, ensuring all my needs were promptly met. The hotel’s amenities, including the fitness center and meeting facilities, were also impressive. I highly recommend arif castles for business travelers and will definitely stay again.

The room was nice but the washroom needs some improvement as less water is coming from the shower. Took 1 hr just to take a shower.

Arif castle is nice and safe, it is needed that hotel needs repairing in most of the room the room in which i stayed had no hook in wash room and at so many places repairing is needed, so pols take care of that so please take care of that, so that we can enjoy further stay.
