Das hotel ist etwas weiter entfernt von der Stadt, außerdem hatten wir Eidechsen im Zimmer. Das Bett ist ein ausgeklapptes Bett vom Schrank.

Auf jeden Fall kein guter Ort zum Übernachten für einen Touristen. Das Hotel liegt weit entfernt von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und muss auf ein Taxi zurückgreifen. Das Parken auf dem Gelände ist teuer. Das Hotel verfügt über keinen separaten Eingang oder Gebäude, da es Teil anderer Gewerbelager ist. Es ist nicht absichtlich als Hotel gebaut, sondern wird renoviert, um eine Unterkunft zu schaffen. Das Zimmer ist klein und der Warmwasserdruck in der Dusche ist niedrig. Im Allgemeinen ist es den Preis, den ich bezahlt habe, nicht wert, der etwa 150 SGD pro Nacht betrug

Nice apartment but more to go. Please upgrade your room with some toiletries. Especially soap

Booked 3 nights as our home was being repainted but checked out after 1 night which I did not even stay in 1) Location not near any MrT 2) upon arriving at the reception aircon not on hence very stuffy asked receptionist can they turn it on as waiting while they handle checking in she said cos she is cold so she switch it off 3) a lot of ants in room 309 4) pls bring or buy yr own toiletries ie shampoo / conditioner and shower gel

Excellent service, nice staff and host. Love this clean, spacious and well equitment apartment. A palace ambience and super huge from the path way to the entrance and all the way to the unit. Felt like your own kingdom when you enter. Super economic price for singapore stay like this. The area is hidden in housing estate around tourist spot like chinatown and also towards east west side of singapore. They provide such a clean and huge water pressure not to mention which makes a plus tick for foreigner who is worried of water hygience. After my check out the staff also greeted me with super nice attitude and easy going personality. Very nice place that won't push or kick guest out once you complete the stay, everything was smooth and perfect. Nice idea of this concept!

For this price, you really get a very good deal and a simple place for your travel needs. I stayed here for a night because of some issues at my own place and it was just what I needed - affordable, clean, simple. Loved that the room had a functioning smart TV for me to connect to my laptop via HDMI.

Very nice place to stay, only 1 stop by bus to Outram Park MRT, close to eateries too. There are restaurant & gym in the building :)

Very small place..very dirty too..bed is rather uncomfortable..

Was told to pay $100 cash deposit when I arrived, didn't have cash so I paid via paynow which they say will take 3 working days to refund. The room was not like what the picture shown, didn't have the steps like what you saw in the picture. There is no bottled shampoo and soap like usual hotel, they only give small pack of soap, luckily i brought my own. The TV was unable to play video at all despite it having the youtube app. The environment was also rather noisy at night, couldnt really sleep well.

Constant wifi problems. I had to use my own hotspot the entire time and after calling the reception the wifi finally worked but only for short period of times. It’s frustrating when the wifi doesn’t work. NO cleaning at all and we were not told that we had to request for cleaning. After 4 days of no cleaning we called the number and requested but no one came. I called again the next day and no one came still until we walked down to the reception and then finally we had cleaning done for the room. We had to buy our own soap due to no cleaning and we ran out of toilet roll. It’s a nice room but with consistent cleaning and reliable wifi the room would be grey. The walls are thin so you can hear everything and even with the blinds down, sun light comes in. The fridge freezes everything in it.

Place is getting a bit worn out. Lucky the wifi is not too bad. Hot water shower is hot water. Two lizards lived in my room. But Chinese saying they are good luck charm. So I ignored them. Contacting reception is by WhatsApp. Lucky they were quite responsive. Unlike some of the older reviews I saw about the place.

the caretakers are nice soecially lani. what i didnt like is the deposit ¥100 that i did not expect in the first place coz i have already paid for everything. what if i didnt have money like cash or creditcard they wont accept me and it would be terrible coz i have my daughter with me.

During checkin they will ask for S$100 CASH deposit. I offered to pay credit card but front desk said to get the refund post checkout will take 3+ weeks! Completely unacceptable as an international service apartment by any standard. I had to find an ATM which is 1/2 mile away from the property to get the cash. The kitchen was so small and amenities were so basic to none that this place isn’t even worth reviewing. Stay away and there are much better options in SG….
