I booked an epic room with a festive package for the holidays. Nice touch, although it probably was the same decoration as they would use for birthdays. The free cocktail was a nice touch as well. My room was on the fourth floor where there wasn’t any noise at all, there were several noise doors everywhere to prevent any noise coming from the restaurant. The epic room is small but modern and comfortable. Don’t come here if you have a room buddy with a bowel problem. The toilet isn’t private, only a glass panel that doesn’t really close. Also the sink is a bit small, so expect a water ballet when you wash your face. The shower stopped working in my room when I was in the shower in the morning, so I mentioned it at the reception. They were very friendly and helpful and offered another room to shower in and gave a full refund for the room. Very good service if you ask me. The bed is so very comfortable that it would be something I would come back for. It is a shame that the window doesn’t open, even though they were clearly designed for it. My friends stayed in the pods, which are also very comfortable beds I heard. Though if you come for a nights rest, a separate room is better. The hotel and the rooms are very modern, it feels nothing like a hostel. Also the breakfast at the restaurant is an experience because it is located in an old church. Although for the experience they could offer better coffee at the pre-paid breakfast, the filter coffee is not good and tasted like it had been sitting for too long. Also the orange juice was offered in a very small glass, with no refills (just one glass of each it says on the menu). I now had to pay extra to get a cappuccino. It feels like they are trying to save money off of you. The ambiance makes up for it a little bit, overall I would definitely recommend to experience a stay at bunk. The staff is so friendly that they will help you if something is wrong. It is a unique place and value for money and next to the station in the middle of the city.

Das Hotel liegt auf der anderen Seite der Gleise von der Altstadt. Es ist in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und der Tram- und Bushaltestellen. Es ist gut schallisoliert, man hört weder die Züge noch die nahegelegene Moschee. Die Klimaanlage war bei der Hitze sehr angenehm.

Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Schlafsofa war nicht schlecht und wir konnten ohne Probleme Essen zu Hause bestellen, sie ließen uns im Zimmer essen.

This hotel has been designed to look like an art installation but is impractical on all aspects. There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room and no info about access to the free tea and coffee in the bar, no safe in the room you can store you valuables in a safe in the bar, really who wants to do that. No where to put clothes away you have to live out your suitcase. Bathrooms are tiny, shampoo and conditioner containers are designed so you cannot get much out at a time. The cleaners do t remove your dirty cups from the room when they clean we had to put them outside the door. We were left with no toilet paper so had to use tissues. Breakfast - no fresh fruit, lots of pastries, toaster takes ages to toast, one coffee machine so you have to queue for a coffee for 45 mins and then it breaks. Tue coffee machine, hot breakfast and meats etc are crammed in to one corner so it’s impossible to get to, get up early as it will take you an hour to get breakfast and a coffee. Apple juice is never working. Only two types of tea earl grey and English breakfast. No manager on-site, I saw a manager flounce in once say good morning to the staff and then flounce off. More like a pretty hostel. Bar food is rubbish there are restaurants and short walk under the bridge opposite. If there was tea and coffee in the rooms it might alleviate the pressure on the single coffee machine but not much. The moxy concept of doing everything in the bar is a load of twaddle and a cost saving exercise and makes the hotel feel like a high end backpackers lodge.

Wir reservierten diesen Budget IBIS für eine Nacht in Utrecht. Fahrrädern, haben sie eine geschlossene (übernachtende) Lageranlage. Die Front des Hotels war ziemlich schmutzig mit Schleifen und Zigaretten Enden, überflüssige Aschenraschen. Das Innenzimmer ist hell, die Teppiche im Hotel konnten mit einem wirklich guten sauberen machen. Das Schlafzimmer im zweiten Stock war sauber, wir hatten Klimaanlage und konnten unser Fenster öffnen. Das Zimmer hat keine Tee- und Kaffeeeinrichtungen. Wir hatten viele Handtücher und Sie erhalten einen zusätzlichen Kissen (zwei wären nett gewesen). Die Dusche war sauber und sie bieten Ihnen Duschegel und Shampoo. Fernseh hatte eine Vielzahl von Kanälen einschließlich Englisch. Wir haben nichts Frühstück oder Essen/Trinken im Hotel reserviert. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und willkommen.

Das Hotel DeBlend liegt gegenüber dem Hauptsitz von Douwe Egberts in einem halbindustriellen Stadtviertel, war aber sehr ruhig und sehr praktisch. Die Klimaanlage ist ein schreckliches Ärgernis, wie es in jedem anderen europäischen Hotel außer dem Hunfelt der Fall zu sein scheint. Sie können die Temperatur Ihres Zimmers nicht wirklich steuern, sie macht es nur ein bisschen kühler oder wärmer. Sie haben keine wirkliche Kontrolle. Wir fanden, dass es nachts etwas warm wurde. Es ist hauptsächlich ein Selbstbedienungshotel, aber in den Fällen, in denen wir menschliche Hilfe benötigten, war das Personal sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Küche ist sehr praktisch für alle, die länger als ein paar Tage bleiben. Wir empfehlen 2L DeBlend wärmstens.

Mooie, grote en luxe lodges. Leuk ingericht, apart woon- en slaapgedeelte, fijne regendouche en apart toilet. Het bed sliep ook heerlijk (boxspring). Enige minpuntje was de gastvrijheid, het is ook maar een kleinschalig hotel (10 kamers). De 'receptie' bevindt zich in het restaurant, je krijgt een pasje overhandigd en that's it. Geen info over diner, uitchecktijden, gebruiksaanwijzing apparatuur enz. De chromecast op de tv kreeg ik niet aan de praat, dus heb ik maar netflix op de laptop gekeken. Zonde...

Modernes Hotel in einer waldreichen Umgebung. Wir haben hier 1 Nacht nach einem Tag in Utrecht und einen Besuch der Pyramide von Austerlitz. Fahren Sie kurz mit dem Auto bis zur Rezeption zu hören, wo Sie übernachten. Im Gelände gibt es mehrere Gebäude. Gebäude 8 und 9 enthalten moderne luxuriöse Hotelzimmer. Die Zimmer sind mit einem großen Fenster von Fußboden bis Deck und über die Breite des Zimmers. Es scheint, als ob Sie wieder draußen. Ausgezeichnetes Bett, eine Bank mit Ethernet/USB-Anschlüsse, TV mit Chrome-Kast. Eine gleichwohl gewohnte, eine Toilette ohne Tür. Ein Bad mit Dusche, benachteiligt, wenn Sie etwas schlecht am Bein sind. Darüber hinaus gilt das auch für die Erreichung der Zimmer (je Treppe für alle Zimmer). Im Zimmer ist auch ein Wasserkocher vorhanden, wenn Sie eine Tasse Kaffee oder Tee machen möchten. Das Frühstück ist an einem anderen Ort, also gehen Sie. Wenn es regnet, dann gibt es an verschiedenen Orten Paraplus. Prima Qualität und für jeden, was Sie wollen.
