A nice quiet place to stay, very close to nature

Un endroit extraordinaire, niché au sein d'une forêt tropicale, véritable poumon de la ville d'Urdaneta, qui est à 2 pas. La gentillesse des employés vous fait vous sentir comme à la maison. La piscine immense est un plus dans cet endroit hors du temps. N'hésitez pas à découvrir cet endroit magnifique, vous ne serez pas déçu ❤️ Tout est à portée de main ici, mais pour vous déplacer n'hésitez pas à prendre les touk touk, les trycicles aménagés qui vous conduiront à votre destination... Ayez le cœur bien accroché 🤣🤣

Lisland Rainforest Resort used to be beautiful & radiant. I remember it about 10 years ago for our first family reunion. Unfortunately, at current state, it is completely rundown. The staff is still wonderful. They provided a great reunion event for us. However, the rooms are very run down. Mosquitoes inside. Seems less staff for the place. Swimming pool not very clean. Unless, it makes drastic change, we may opt for newer hotel nearby.

1) Employees go out of their way to serve you immediately 2) Friendliness of employees to engage in conversation when you want but "give you space" 3) Breakfast options change consistently 4) Complimentary breakfast is wonderful and served within 10 minutes 5) Knowledgeable in terms of the area & what to do; getting rentals 6) Convenient car rental at location

Very good stay again at Lisland. Breakfast is always good, super staff that is always friendly.

Very nice place to stay. This is my 7th year staying there and it just keeps on getting better.

We had the original Filipino breakfast w/ very good coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful. Mosquitoes in the evening were a problem- easily remedied w/ Off insect repellant. Bathroom was clean. Pool is clean. Would recommend this place!

Staff very nice, helpful, and friendly. Rooms full of mosquitoes, air cons not working well, showers not ventilated, room always moist. Big problem is you can’t leave AC on when you leave the room and come back to a really hot room. It takes hours for the room to cool off. Bar/resto area was nice. Pool was a bit dirty but big. For example mold on walls of pool. Easy to fix, but not being done. Many people roaming property who are not staff and guests. Came back to my room with people’s drivers sitting on our patio. Lots of stray animals walking around.

This resort already lost its former glory. We went to this resort to celebrate a birthday. We are about 18-20 pax. They only have one kiddie pool and one pool for adult which have a maximum of 6ft. The problem with the adult pool is they have a cordoned section for swimming lessons or i think its also used for training for schools, so sila lang halos nakakagamit nung portion na pool na nilagyan nila nang tali. I think its 3 - 4 lanes. So the rest nung mga gues which is nagbayad din naman nang entrance fee, eh dun na lang kami sa labas nung training area nila. I guess they need to choose, if gusto nila maging training ground yung pool nila, wag na sila mag accept nang guest kung hindi rin naman magamit nang maayos yung nag iisang adult pool nila. Bawal na rin daw ang videoke kasi nag rereklamo yung mga guest nila sa hotel which is katabi lang nang swimming area. We went there to enjoy and have fun pero because of the trainings in the swimming pool di kami nag enjoy. We planed to stay up to 9pm but because of we have encountered, umuwi na kami nang mga 5pm.

Staff friendliness makes it all worth it..and the food! A bit pricey but tastes great!

The property is strategically and conveniently located at the crosshairs of all the places needed to go to. The bus stop is adjacent to the property. Public transport is available 24/7. The restaurant serves good food. Pool is huge and inviting. Rooms are tidy. Bathrooms are outdated but I am not fussy as long as it is private and there is hot shower.

Foods are great! Friendly staffs. Convenient place to stay except that there’s no way to contact the service desk, no phones in the room. The water drainage in the shower was not properly made, not draining the water completely
