Rarely do I want to come back to the same place. I will be back here with the whole family as soon as we can make it work! Miranda and Simon are amazingly gracious and fun hosts, serving up over the top breakfasts, and fantastic history of the home. I cannot wait to return.

Just nothing short of a great experience, with wonderful husband and wife hosts, just a near perfect stay. Great breakfast, warm atmosphere, very clean, spacious and comfortable room. Great location, easy parking, 3 minutes drive from the town restaurants. Enjoy your bottle of wine from your last winery visit, drinking it on the large patio or in the nearby gazebo, or in one of the lovely decorated living rooms.

The Inn Keepers at the Black Sheep Inn will make your stay most enjoyable. They are very friendly and welcoming with extensive knowledge of the community and surrounding lakes. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. We look forward to our annual stay- enjoy!

A wonderfully casual and relaxing inn with superb hosts! Breakfasts (4 choices each day) were delicious and plentiful; there was a lot of room to spread out in the inn for reading and playing board games; Keuka and Seneca Lake activities were within easy driving distance; Miranda and Simon were a font of knowledge on local history, eateries, etc.; and a bottle of local bubbly (from a company with a historical tie to the inn) was chilling in our room upon arrival. We look forward to visiting again when in the Finger Lakes area!

This is a gem of a B&B in the Finger Lakes and we are so happy we ended up staying here for our trip. The building has so much charm and warmth, the grounds are well kept and beautiful, but what really make it even better are Miranda and Simon who are attentive, friendly and just wonderful people. We aren’t Vegan but the breakfast was great! Would absolutely recommend to anyone to stay here and we will definitely be back!

The Black Sheep Inn and Spa is amazing! My husband and I have stayed there on three different occasions. Each time in a different room and we have liked all three. Simon and Miranda are warm and welcoming. I truly feel at home there. The property is beautiful with cozy places to sit and relax with a glass of complimentary champagne. The breakfast, on the gorgeous patio, is generous and delicious. The vegan food would satisfy anyone’s palate with options including fruit and granola, freshly baked muffins, pancakes, French toast and a must try “The Full English”. My husband and I look forward to future stays.

Wonderful inn. Simon and Miranda are chipper, charming, and terrific hosts and innkeepers. Miranda’s breakfasts are delicious. The inn is beautiful and well kept, and our room was large, comfortable, and very clean. Can’t imagine a better place to stay. We’ll be back.

This place is a gem in the Finger Lakes and we really enjoyed our stay near Keuka Lake. The owners, Simon and Miranda really pay attention to details and go the extra mile with service, creativity, and generosity. Breakfast was so delicious and abundant that we weren't hungry for lunch until about 3:00 pm!

We stayed at the Inn for the very first time for our anniversary and were there for four nights. Miranda and Simon were absolutely wonderful and we loved their sense of humor. They are truly kind and wonderful people. Their breakfasts were to die for! Big and filling! We especially loved chatting with Simon while he was bringing our food. I loved the smiley face butter and my husband could not get enough of the chocolate! We got a massage while we were there and Miranda made us goodie bags for one of our excursions. There was a lot more food than I was expecting and it was all delicious. They were very responsive when I emailed before our trip as well. Nothing but great things to say! We can’t wait to return!
