Sehr groß, alles sehr neue und sehr nahe an Restaurants, Apotheke, Supermärkte und vor allem an der U-Bahn-Station. Zimmer mit allem, was für einen großen Aufenthalt erforderlich ist. Wir waren 6 Nächte und wir geliebt. Außerdem sehr gut in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend kommuniziert. Wir würden zweifellos wiederholen

Da es keinen Kühlschrank gibt, ist es schwierig, die gekauften Snacks zu kühlen. Es handelt sich um einen einfachen Autokühlschrank mit nur zwei Steckern, die sehr nahe beieinander liegen. Während des Ladevorgangs kann es nicht an den Kühlschrank angeschlossen werden. Die Fenster lassen sich sehr gut öffnen. Das Frühstück ist eine einfache Mahlzeit, bietet aber alles, was Sie brauchen. Der übliche Preis beträgt mehr als 200, was sehr kostengünstig ist. Die Fahrt zum Sensoji-Tempel dauert eine halbe Stunde und der Umstieg auf einen anderen Bus kostet 250 Yen. Der Kaiserpalast ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Umsteigestation entfernt.

家族６人（父、母、７歳、5歳、3歳、1歳）で、2連泊しました。 寝室が3部屋あり、各テーマで飾られており、子供達は、各々が好きな部屋で寝て、喜んでいました。 宿としては満足です。 後は、小さい子が居たので、階段に設置するベビーサークルが有れば良かったです。

The hotel is very conveniently located at the Maihama JR station, also next to the Disney Resort Welcome Center. There is also Ikspiari nearby, and convenience stores, coffee shops and restaurant. Monorail is also easily accessible. Check in is using a self service kiosk, and the hotel staff was very kind to help us using it. Breakfast is buffet style at saizeriya restaurant near the hotel, and the buffet breakfast was very good. Other than these, I feel the service is minimal at the hotel. I made reservation online, but I guess I didn't enter my reservation in the most favorable way (to me) which made my room charge so high (over 72,000 yen, which is almost the price of the luxury hotels of disneyland for the same day). In the hotel website, I did select 2 adults + 2 little children + 1 infant without the need of bed, but the printout from the kiosk seems to have 4 adult meal vouchers. It was a bit difficult to talk with the hotel staff in English (although they are nice), and I didn't find out whether I entered my reservation correctly. But if you book a room there, please note the room charge varies with the number of people or adults, and the way you enter the info could affect the price a lot. The room was very clean. There is separate tub and shower area like other Japanese hotels which I like very much. There are 3 beds plus a smaller bed - I think all, or most if not all, rooms have this arrangement as I looked into the room as I walked by them during the checkout time. The beds can be moved (e.g. 2 beds putting together to form a larger bed). Good enough for our family of 5. While the beds are sufficient (for our family of 5), the room is a bit small to put luggage or to have a meal (small table / limited space). Check out was smooth. After checking out, we went to the very close Disney Resort Welcome Center to buy park tickets, and give our luggage there so the center helps deliver to our next hotel (Toy Story Hotel). I will consider this hotel again, if I don't need the happy entry for disney (e.g. if I played in tokyo disneyland the night before but going to somewhere else the next day).

十分すぎるホスピタリティで大満足でした！帰る時間に合わせてお風呂を入れておいてくれたり、暖房をつけておいてくれたり、そのほかにも色々とご厚意に甘えさせていただきました。親戚のおうちに泊まらせてもらった気持ちです。また家主さんに会いに泊まりに行きたいなと思いました。 ■アクセス Dからはタクシーが便利。新浦安駅からバスも可。バス停からも近いです。 ■アメニティ ほとんど置いてくれています。リンスインシャンプーなのでこだわりのある方は持参をお勧めします。ベビーシャンプーもなし。 追加料金で、洗濯機、浴室乾燥機の利用も可。部屋のエアコン近くに物干し竿があるので、少し濡れたものを乾かすだけならエアコンでも◎。 冷蔵庫には有料の飲み物(お茶、ビール)も置いてくれています。良心的なお値段です。 ■段差 玄関前に階段があり幅も狭めなので、車椅子は難しいかも。玄関ポーチは広く、ベビーカーが2台置けました。 ■買い物 コンビニも徒歩圏内にはありますが、買って帰ることをおすすめします。私は夜遅かったので出前を頼みました。 家主さんにはいつまでもお元気でいてほしいと思います。また利用させていただきます。

It's a good quiet and cozy location if you are going Disneyland. They have bus cater to Disneyland and back. The cleanliness are top notch as they are also relatively new. The staff are all friendly and try to help me whatever you need. The whole check in and out process was pleasant. Despite having small comfy room, they include bathtub, so there's still a enjoyment to it. They also have shoe dryer in the room, so there's no worry if you went out getting your shoe wet. At night the also provide unlimited small supper, my time was Chazuke, totally love it! Don't expect gym, swimming pool or anything but is one of the best place you can find if you want to hang around Maihama or having trip to Disneyland. Definitely would go and stay again! :)
