The suites is new and clean. The location is strategic if you want to go Lost World, it’s just walking distance.

Location was superb , really just next to Tambun . By few steps. so easy go get there & all instruction to get the key is easy. There is no shops or convenient shops that is walking distance, but there is a supermaket nearby, can just call grab to reach there. The amenities was only like toothbrush toothpaste plates, utensils and also one kettle remember there is no microwave cannot cook inside so remember to buy food standby food you cannot cook even an instant noodles there so if you're hungry in the middle of the night make sure you have food ready because as I say it earlier on there is no shop no nothing there, no complimentary water as well so if you want to rent here, make sure you bring your water & food supplies. What you can do is only boil water. other than that everything seems good but the tenant need to be extra K on the cleanliness of the place. The bed was okay. The pillow and the bed was comfy. Air-conditioning all working well the living room room was comfortable comfortable is just that the cleanliness of the toilet have to be taken care more I think the cleaner didn't really clean the washroom. You can see watermarks here and day seems like it was not clean for ages. You can see the watermark so obvious. Make me feel so disgusting and you can see the clothes for what the table is so dirty there's no other clothes only one clothes to wipe the pebble no I didn't use that. It was disgusting. Other than that. I was happy with the place would be appreciate if the tenant at least can ready something to cook at least instant noodles because there is no shops there if I want to come back, I will still stay there. That is the best place to stay the nearest to Tambun.

The hotel location is awesome to The lost world tampon themepark. View is great !! Hotel have its own 3 big pools of onsen pool, kid pool and swimming pool The only bad comment is the room pillow, Is "Hard Rock" level, is hard as rock... 😡

Easy check in. Great view from balcony. Feels cool even without aircond. Very clean. Internet not bad.

Beautiful house and very clean. Clear check in and out instruction. Very responsive host. I love their bed, it is really comfortable. Spacious living hall. Best part, they provide Netflix! Bonus point, free wide visitors parking.

Apartment is nice and huge. Location just beside lost world theme park, 100min. Perfect for anyone who wants to go to theme park. Prompt reply from the management after I emailed them 2nd time. Only thing to look into is the apartment door lock, we had trouble opening the door. And the first lift couldn't scan the lift card. Other than that all perfect and would stay again!

Location near to Tambun Lost World water park. But I can’t find any convenient store nearby within walking distance. Safety is good since need access card to access to each floor of the premises. Overall is good if you plan to play at Tambun Lost World water park. It is advisable to rent a car if you not driving one, for easy to other locations.

walking 1mins can reach lost works entrance, very near, the house is clean and very comfortable to stay, instruction of how to get the access card is very clear

First the positive, it was a bit a clean. Had enough towels. This is my first time with ryokan, but 3rd time to stay in sunway onsen suites. Other previous times the rooms were excellent. However this room, the moment we enter, had hair on the floor n beds. There was no water dispenser, no iron board and washing machine. Bathroom had cockroaches and the water flow was so slow. Ryokan management can look for some upgrade for the room. For Sunway onsen suites management, please clean your pools! Both the onsen n the salt water pool were dirty! We even found a pair of underpants. Reason given was rain bring dirt from mountains🤷♀️. Overall great view of the themepark n mountains.

Very easy to access the property as clear instructions is given.
