Hotels mit Transferservice in Udine

Um 9 Uhr ging ich zum Geschäft und niemand hat es empfangen. Das Hotel hat eigentlich vier Zimmer, die Türen haben ein Passwort-Verschluss, das mehr als ein Volk. Ich habe einen kleinen Assistenten von Trip.com gefunden und nachdem ich mich anrufe, sagte ich, dass die Rezeption um 8:30 Uhr abgeschlossen ist, aber nicht vorher angemeldet und keine Anzeige hinterlassen hat. Bis 9:30 Uhr wurde jemand angerufen, um die Passwörter zu öffnen. Die Lage ist gut, die Einrichtungen sind komplett. Das Zimmer ist groß. Der Service ist zu schlecht. Trip.com ist gut, die Peking-Zeit ist um 3 Sekunden in der Nacht, bis das Problem gelöst wird.

Die Lage des Hotels in Zentrumnähe ist ideal, 12 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Zimmer sind Top, alle sind renoviert, sauber und groß, mit ”Holzboden” und kein Teppich, Klimaanlage sehr leise, beim Bad bin ich nicht sicher ob diese renoviert wurde, leider keine Heizung drinnen, war sehr kalt im Bad. Im Zimmer selbst, neuer TV, kein Wasserkocher oder dergleichen. Der Flur und die Aufzüge renoviert, Teppichboden im Flur wegen Lärm, nun wird das Hotel außen mit einem Wärmeschutz ausgestattet. Für das Frühstück muss man am Vorabend einen Zettel ankreuzen mit den Dingen, welche man zum Frühstück haben möchte, es wird dann serviert, was man angekreuzt hatte, und die Uhrzeit wann man in den Speisesaal kommen wird. Hat alles perfekt funktioniert, war reichlich, und sehr gut. Es sind an der Rückseite des Hotels eine Menge kostenloser Parkplätze vorhanden. Dieses Haus kann man sich merken, ist für ein paar Tage ideal.

I stayed here three nights during a recent vacation in Italy. While the hotel is a little far from the center, taxis were readily available, and made travel easy. The hotel is well-maintained and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast was especially good and reasonably priced. I don’t believe the hotel has a swimming pool or a fitness room which is a drawback, but it is well located near an excellent restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.

The first contact with Mrs. Maria Svarc, head of the booking office of the Hotel Principe in Udine took place by mail on 12.01.2022, when I asked for a reservation of nine rooms for 21.04.2022. The affirmative reply arrived immediately. After the booking, the details of my credit card were sent to Ms Svarc. One week before the start of the trip, Ms Svarc informed me that my credit card was not valid and that I have either to give another credit card or transfer the money, because otherwise she will have to cancel our booking. Immediately a friend stepped in and his card details were sent. Ms Svarc refused this card as well and insisted on a bank transfer. The transfer was made on Good Friday but was obviously delayed by the bank internally due to the Easter holidays. On the 20th of April, while cycling in the middle of the Canal Valley, I received a call from Ms Svarc, that the money had not arrived and that she will therefore cancel the booking, as there are always crooks working with tricks. This prejudice shocked us very much! All of us in the group are serious people with university or business backgrounds, and none of us needs to take advantage on anything. Apart from that, all our credit cards worked the whole week in all other hotels without any problems. In the afternoon, we sent to Ms Svarc the details of a third credit card, which she again did not accept. I asked the hotel owner in Gemona to call her and confirm that the cycling group existed, that there were no problems with the payment and that we wanted to claim the rooms at the Hotel Principe the next day. Still on 21.04. in the morning a friend from Udine had to make a telephone call to Mrs. Svarc to confirm our seriousness. It may be that such a strict way of dealing with customers is desired by the hotel management, but this way of dealing with us by Ms Svarc is utterly unacceptable for us. We recommend a retraining for Ms Maria Svarc, otherwise we will never book in this hotel again. Wolfgang Scholz, the organiser

Hotel gut gelegen, dicht in der Stadt Udine. Es gibt kostenlose bequeme Parkplätze. Wenn Sie kein Auto haben, ist es nicht sehr bequem, es zu erreichen. Ich habe nur eine Nacht während der Geschäftsreise geblieben. Ich habe ein Standardzimmer reserviert. Grundausstattung, aber sauber. Allerdings war es nicht möglich, den Rollerschalter zu ziehen. So nicht gut, wenn Sie einige Zeit im Zimmer verbringen wollen. Es gibt einen Pool und Spa-Service, aber ich hatte nicht die Zeit, es zu verwenden. Frühstück ist extra 9€ aber gut und mit sowohl süßen und salzigen Optionen. Süße und schöne Empfänger. Wenn Sie nicht um Pool und Spa kümmern und Sie auf Geschäftsreise sind, vielleicht werden andere Optionen besser.

Wir sind in 35 in Udine angekommen, darunter 7 Kinder und 4 Jugendliche für eine Hochzeit und wir haben das Hotel buchstäblich invadiert ..... effiziente und effektive Mitarbeiter und vor allem sehr geduldig.......Wir waren wirklich gut.... Die Struktur ist schön, aber einige Designdetails könnten etwas stören (wie die Glasbadtür, wenn Sie das Licht anzünden und jemand schläft, so beleuchtet das Zimmer praktisch) Aber das Wichtige ist, dass der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm war Wir werden zurück .........und ist keine Bedrohung 😜

Ich kam hier für das Filmfestival Udine im weitesten Osten. Das Hotel liegt etwa 1 km vom Bahnhof und 2 km vom Teatro nurvo entfernt. Das ist ziemlich einfach zu Fuß zu gehen. Das Hotel hat Frühstück mit gekochten Eiern und Obst und Maisflacken. .. Für den Preis, den ich bezahlte, bin ich zufrieden. Ich empfehle den Gelatine-Shop neben dem Hotel und es gibt eine Münzwaschmaschine günstig neben dem Hotel gelegen. Im Allgemeinen sind die Hotelpersonal nett.

Die vielen negativen Bewertungen, die ich gelesen habe, halte ich für ungerechtfertigt. Sicherlich ist es kein erstes Haarhotel, sicherlich könnten einige Dinge (einschließlich der Duschen) verbessert werden. Aber ja, es ist immer noch ein nützliches, strategisches und preiswertes Hotel. Das Personal ist immer nett.
