Aldea Canzul Tulum

We had a great stay and concierge made sure of it. I have stayed many different places but i have to say this was way above our expectations. Pictures dont do justice to this place. It is in the middle of the party scene yet, it is secluded from it. It had really cool vibe buried into nature and yet not missing any amenities of modern world, surround sound controlled by ipad, well ACed. It was the trip we were looking for but couldnt imagine until we visited this place. Hopefully we will take advantage of the personal chef next time but hey, market was close too so no problem getting any cooking done in fully stacked kitchen!

Everything was PERFECT ! Here for a weekend with friends, first time in Tulum and now I really want to come back ! The houses are just gorgeous, the private access to the beach is amazing and the staff is so warm and welcoming ! Special thanks to Nathalie and Mau who set up perfectly the weekend !

Wow. This experience was one of the best I’ve had in my travels. We went with a group in October and had the time of our lives. The house, the beach, the management; unbelievable. We absolutely loved Leo and the rest of the team. The entire group will 100% be back.

This was the best experience for a group trip I’ve ever had. Leo and the rest of the staff (especially Ernesto) made us feel so welcome and made sure we had any and everything we needed. The house was gorgeous and the food was unparalleled. I highly recommend to everyone and all types of group. My life is forever changes for the better.

The Aldea Canzul is the perfect blend of great design and hotel-like with its short-term rental experience with amazing amenities. The location in the heart of Tulum's food and nightlife scene is unbeatable, making it perfect for those who want to experience the fun side of the town. Even if you have kids, you are welcome here. The villa's beach is really nice, even though there is a loud beach club next door. Though there is no restaurant on site, they have a private chef who can come to your villa and cook up a storm. Plus, breakfast is brought to you each morning, making it easy to start your day. Lastly, tons of amazing restaurants are right outside the gate, so you won't have to go far to find great food. Although the Aldea Canzul is a great option for those looking for a short-term rental experience with hotel-like amenities, be prepared for some noise – and fun – b/c it's in the middle of Tulum's restaurant and nightlife scene. Unfortunately, the villa is situated right next to a loud beach club, which could be bothersome.

this was a nice place i thought, friendly enough staff, the food was decent food i especially like the breakfast. i would go back if i could only find time in my busy schedule. not much else to do around town

We were a group of 12 spending a long weekend to celebrate a lifetime milestone… On arrival we were surprised at the car service stopping. There were no signs of any sort announcing that we had arrived at Aldera Canzul (as the trip unfolded, we completely appreciated the security and discretion we were met with). Our driver rang the bell and the gate opened wide to the most beautiful place, the most welcoming staff and the most luxurious spaces I have experienced in recent memory. Cynthia, Leo, and Mau greeted us and made us feel immediately welcomed and valued. We stayed for four days, and that feeling never changed. They always had time to answer questions for us and make arrangements, wonderful humans! We occupied the main villa and the suite with it’s own roof top pool. The spaces were very well appointed and meticulously maintained. The housekeeping and ground staff set everything straight every morning. They were around but never intrusive and always helpful. This experience was amazing from start to finish and I cannot wait to come back!! Laura M Virginia, USA

This house is absolutely amazing!! We had the best weekend with our friends. The service and dinners at the house were unforgettable, and were all so excited to go back this year. Our friends will use this house every year for our trip to tulum! Leo was the best host I’ve met!!!

Our two families including three young children stayed for a week at Casa Chakte. Everything was first class! The staff was attentive. The location was great. The house was beautiful. They went above and beyond! Tulum beach is not necessarily a super family oriented place (loud clubs are all over) but they made it as seamless as possible. We’d love to come back. Highly recommended!
