Wunderschön eingerichtetes Zimmer und Sitzgelegenheiten, das Personal im Restaurant und an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit. Ich freue mich, dort zu bleiben und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Unsere Familie hatte das Privileg, die ersten Gäste im Niken zu sein. Wir waren uns nicht sicher, was uns erwarten würde, da es keine vorherigen Bewertungen gab. Wir waren angenehm überrascht und wussten schnell, dass wir länger bleiben wollten. Alles von den Gastgebern, dem Zimmer, dem Essen, der Aussicht, der Gastfreundschaft und den Annehmlichkeiten war 10/10! Wir genossen die kalte Klimaanlage und frisches Wasser/Kaffee im Zimmer, das köstliche Frühstück, das im Preis inbegriffen war, den natürlichen Pool, der von einer örtlichen Cenote gespeist wurde, und hochwertige Liegestühle/Hütten am Strand. Man merkt, dass sie an alle Details gedacht haben. Wir haben uns in Tulum verliebt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Ich kann Niken nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Excellent beach club - friendly service - quiet area - came here three days out of four of how comfortable we felt. Marcelino was our server on the beach and he was super friendly. Parking right in front of the property. Good seating space directly on the beach. Highly recommended.

My girlfriends and I booked our first trip to Tulum at Niken Hotel & Beach Club and I'm glad we did because our stay here was amazing! The place itself is an oasis and so peaceful, away from the hustle & bustle (which we preferred). Our rooms were perfect and comfortable and we loved how accessible the beach was because it was literally a few steps away! Most importantly, the staff at Niken were very welcoming, kind, attentive and made you feel like you were home. Cudos to Niken staff; Marcelino, Carlos and Roberto and everyone that worked there. If you are looking for a relaxing stay in Tulum, NIKEN is the place for you. My partner and I couldn’t be more grateful for our stay and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Tulum. It is in the quieter part of the beach *****, but close enough to many great restaurants and bars. The rooms are a great size have a beautiful view of the water. The beach is also cleaned daily from seaweed and rubbish (many other hotels don’t do this as regularly). A special mention to Jerónimo, Marcelino and restaurant staff, who were very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable when we had any questions regarding the area. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would love to come back one day!

We had an amazing stay here for 5 days and we enjoyed every single aspect. Todo perfecto! Marcelino was a perfect host at the beach club, where the food was lovely and the view like out of a painting. The hotel itself is very pretty, and the room was comfortable with another breathtaking view of the beach. Tulum can be a bit expensive, but this was our slice of heaven, and we couldn’t recommend it more. Muchas gracias!

We loved our stay in Nikenbeach. My favourite hotel we have ever stayed in. Marcelino was an amazing help to us during our stay. As was all the resort employees. It really was a picture perfect trip. Can’t wait to one day return and do it all over again. We used the Colectivo to move around while there and found them great and got effective. I couldn’t fault anything during our stay. I also had the continental breakfast and really enjoyed it!

Everything was perfect - from the staff to the facilities. It’s unpretentious and quiet, and you have everything you need! The beach club is really nice as well, the food is good and the waiters super friendly (especially Marcelino). The beach itself is very clean. Would definitely recommend!
