Very accomodating staff.

This is a really lovely hotel in a great location , all staff so helpful and friendly , delicious breakfast every morning , eggs , pho , noodles, fruit , juice , coffee etc They will organise tours and bus tickets etc for you - met all our needs perfectly we would highly recommend This is our 3rd time visiting Sapa over 19 years and this hotel was excellent Thankyou

위치는 중심가에 있지만 그렇기때문에 소음이 심합니다. 시설이 낡았고 조식도 기대하지 마십시요. 이 가격에 주변에 더 좋은 호텔들이 있습니다.

SaPa sembra una località di montagna, alpina, a parte il traffico. L'hotel si trova sulla via principale, non lontano dalla piazza centrale. Una piccola reception ed un piccolo bar. L'ascensore parte da primo piano, ma il personale è gentilissimo e ti aiuta. Bella stanza di medie dimensioni con letti grandi, da una piazza e mezzo,molto comodi. Piccolo balconcino. Il bagno e la doccia sono piccoli e senza aeratore, peccato. L'armadio standard in Vietnam, aperto con alcune stampelle. Di qualità il ristorante dell'hotel, ottimo il caffè vietnamita fatto dalla signora, al bar. Personale gentilissimo.

A very good service by the host! You will feel warm and welcome during your stay. The room is so spacious for us. The view from the window also stunning. The cleanliness is great. The towel and bed sheet smell nice too.

Ms. Trang was a really great host! My son was sick the 2nd day and she went beyond to provide information about clinics/pharmacies as well as related information needed even it’s late at night. She’s a great translator too! The hotel was in a good location and the staffs in the hotel are all very friendly and extremely helpful. We will definitely return to this hotel again.

We stayed here for two days, and the staff was always happy to help. They helped us with arranging trekking tours as well as the train and cable cars to Fansipan. The rooms were nice and clean. The included breakfast was also good, and they have a bar/restaurant where you can order dinner. I hope I get the chance to go back to this hotel sometime.

We stayed for 2 nights. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the location is near the city center. It's nice to walk around. We did an upgrade to the hills view room after seeing the views! The room itself is spacious and comfortable. We initially booked the standard room and decided to pay just a little more for the upgrade. The furnishing style can feel a little older and some lighting colours may not match (i.e. some white, some yellow), so it's not going to be at the level of style you'd expect of a 5-star hotel, but it's functional and a great price for the views. The air conditioning had both the heating and cooling functions, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. We had to check out early the next day and they made sure to be ready to prepare breakfast for us and helped us book a taxi to the sao viet bus station.

We came here for breakfast and it was delicious and well priced, with very tasty pho and omelette. A good mix of western and viatnamese food on the menu and the coffee was absolutely amazing. The service was above and beyond and they made us feel very welcome.

This hotel was so nice! We loved the view and the room was spacious and very pretty. We especially loved the adorable pretend fireplace. The beds were so soft and comfy and it felt like sleeping on a cloud in a cloud (it is a really, really soft bed so if you need it firm be informed). The staff was so helpful and kind and super nice! They were so attentive! The included breakfast was ok, but the cafe downstairs is great for drinks and for hanging out if it’s rainy.

Came off a late night bus at 3am. Despite being so late and reception was closed, was more then welcoming to have us stay. Very good hospitality and rooms were nice. Even slept past breakfast time and they still serves us. Very friendly and recommend staying here

Stopped in at their restaurant for a quick breakfast before catching our bus & the staff were super friendly & accommodating especially for our coffees to go! The omelettes were perfect and kept us full for the long bus ride! We will definitely return, thanks again!

Best stay ever. The staff was like family and arranged many things for me and my family. I had good food, nice trips and many other activities to do in sapa. Will definitely come back again and 2 thumbs up

We only had a short visit to the very new (3 weeks old) bar in the Sapa Hills Hotel called Heathy Eatery and Beverage while we waited for our bus back to Hanoi. Quan was a super friendly host who was very welcoming and made sure we had a refreshing drink and got on the right bus.
