This hotel was the best hotel at Sapa. Very near to the center of Sapa, therefore available to reach any popular area within few minutes. Surrounded with quite hometowns, very cosy and silent during night and breakfast time Breakfast was really delicious, many choices and all meals were great with many kinds of bread, fruit, vegetable, rice, .. Especially, all staff were really kind and nice, they always helped us with full support, very prompt and fluent English. I wil l choose this Mountain Queen House again when travelling Sapa. Thank you for wonderful trip memory!! .

Location is awesome, very close to sun plaza and food street and only need walking ~10min. Surrounding environment is quite even it is close to the town. The buffet Breakfast are good. All the staffs are friendly,nice. And they help us arrange the van to Lao Cai from SA PA with no agency fee, the price is reasonable! Definitely will recommend to all.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The room was kept clean and the breakfast was very good.

Schönes kleines Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal. Der Manager Kim hat uns sehr geholfen, unseren Inlandsflug umzubuchen, in dem er mehrmals bei der Fluggesellschaft angerufen hat. Das Frühstück ist lecker, frisch und vielseitig. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Es kommt selten vor, dass ich volle Punktzahlen vergebe. Hier tue ich das: Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig. Vom Bahnhof oder vom Busbahnhof zu Fuß in 8-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben ein Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten und bekamen zwei Familienzimmer mit großen Fenstern und klasse Aussicht auf den See. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich! Erwähnen möchte ich noch das sehr leckere Frühstück, bei dem für jeden was dabei sein sollte. Mr. Kim und Mrs. Mia kümmern sich hervorragend und sehr herzlich um ihre Gäste. Ausdrückliche Empfehlung!

Wir konnen Bereits am Morgen früh bei der Ankunft die Zimmer beziehen und durfen am Abreisetag nochmals eine Dusche und einen Powernap in einem Hotelzimmer geniessen und das alles ohne Aufpreis! Zum Abschluss bekamen wir von der freundlichen Dame an der Reception noch zwei Bahn Mi für die Reise über. Herzlichen Dank nochmals für diesen Super Service!! ich kann jedem dieses Hotel empfehlen, man ist in wenigen Metern im Zentrum und hat eine schöne Aussicht über den See und die Bergen! Danke für alles!

Mr Kim - der Manager ist sehr hilfsbereit. Als wir früh am Morgen ankamen, gab er uns sofort ein freies Zimmer, obwohl die Eincheck-Zeit erst viel später ist. Er organisierte für uns online die Tickets für den Fansipan und ist bei allen Anliegen behilflich. Zum Abschied gab es sogar noch Proviant für die Weiterreise. Wenn möglich bucht ein Zimmer ab Etage 3 - im 2.OG befindet sich der Frühstücksraum und dort ist es morgens etwas lauter.

Honestly I had the best experience in Mount Queen. The rooms are spacious and very pretty with lovely balconies where you can see the lake if on higher floors. The staff is extremely friendly and caring. The breakfast buffet is delicious. They also give you boxes to take with you for later if you want. I highly recommend staying there when in Sapa

Everything about the stay was brilliant, room was clean, robes were comfy, shower was hot and amenities were good. Mr Kim the hotel manager was extremely helpful in options for treks and sapa tours to help in planning as well as very friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious and the experience felt more of that a fancier 4 star hotel which was great value. The location of the hotel was superb close enough to the centre to walk in under 5 mins but far enough that it was peaceful and quiet. Definitely recommend Sapa mountain queen house as a place to stay in Sapa.

I stayed with my wife for two nights. The receptionist brought us small cups of tea as we arrived - a nice gesture. Then the hotel manager gave us lots of useful information about the hotel, and about trekking and other trips. He was a lovely, enthusiastic guy, who spoke very good English. He organised a really great trekking day just for us two. The guide he provided was a lovely lady. We learned about life in her village just by chatting to her. He also organised a separate trip up the cable car to Mount Fansipan. The rooms were large, and, although not that modern, were perfectly warm. We got a free upgrade to a room with two absolutely enormous beds. Breakfast was good, buffet-style, mainly Vietnamese food, but also some European-style food.

Very good experience! So kind and smiling staff! Very good rooms for 3 or 4 persons, with balcony and viwe ( when it was not fog..) They arranged a very interesting tour with very sweet Sue, to her village and the country side , would have loved to see it in better weather! The breakfast was both to choose, and to order. The hotel is in the middle range, but a good one, I would choose it again. Good communication with Mr Kim.
