Der Service des gesamten Hotelpersonals war sehr gut, was unseren Aufenthalt noch zufriedenstellender machte. Wir waren für zwei Nächte hier, das Zimmer und die Lage waren in jeder Hinsicht sehr gut und das Essen im Restaurant war super lecker. Wir brauchen einen Wäscheservice, den gibt es auch, der Preis ist nicht teuer, geben Sie ihn uns vor dem Auschecken!

Die Lage ist ziemlich hoch, sodass man die Stadt auf einen Blick sehen kann, und die Aussicht war großartig, als ich morgens aufwachte. Die Einrichtungen waren sauber und vor allem hatte ich dank des freundlichen Personals einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wenn ich das nächste Mal wieder nach Sapa komme, möchte ich auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Nochmals vielen Dank an das freundliche Personal!

Zunächst einmal gefiel mir, dass der Preis inklusive Frühstück sehr günstig war. Es lag ganz in der Nähe des Sun Plaza und war ein ruhiger Ort. Das Zimmer war geräumig und hatte ein großes Fenster, sodass es nicht stickig war, und es war schön, einen Balkon zu haben. Es war schön, das Frühstücksmenü auswählen zu können, und das Restaurant war schön eingerichtet. Die Atmosphäre war auch gut. Was noch besser war, war, dass das Personal an der Rezeption mich mehrmals anrief und mit mir wartete und mir sagte, ich solle mir keine Sorgen machen, während ich besorgt war, weil die Abholzeit des Schlafbusunternehmens nicht eintraf, obwohl sie ankommen sollte, also Ich war sehr dankbar. Ich lobe diese Mitarbeiterin, die mit Brille süß aussieht~♡

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sapa Yen Hotel and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and ensured that every detail of my stay was taken care of. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a perfect balance of modern comfort and charm. My room was spacious, spotless, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had no trouble getting a great night’s sleep. Best of all, it is a few meters away from Sapa Sun Plaza and we are greeted with a view with the railway track. What truly stood out was the attention to detail – from the quality of the toiletries to the seamless check-in process. The hotel’s location was also fantastic, offering easy access to local attractions and dining options. Overall, I highly recommend Sapa Yen Hotel to anyone visiting the area. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I look forward to returning in the future!

We booked the Deluxe Room With Mountain View And Balcony n was given room G102 located one floor below reception. You can see the train moving n has an overall view of the sapa retreat hotel if i remember correctly. Check out the lovely pictures captured during sunrise. Lovely hues can be see in clear skies. Our stay was on 12-13 Jan n unfortunately the monorail n fansipan was closed for maintenance. But weather was sunny n clear. And we actually caught a glimpse of the train for seconds when they were testing it! It was very cold n the hotel has got Airconditioner that works both ways but the heating function wasn’t strong enough. We asked for extra heating n they brought us a standing heater that helps to only keep one person warm. So we just put on warm clothes n slept with blankets on. I was prepared as I read the reviews. Reception counter staff were all helpful n friendly. Mostly smiling ☺️ n good to see. The ladies in the restaurant are less smiley but they still try to help with your needs. Hotel has water heater so u could take your hot shower but the bathroom was very airy n big. So you’ll feel cold very soon. Bed n bedding was good n we caught the beautiful sunrise hues. We ate both lunch and breakfast from their restaurant mam. Both are yummy. Breakfast was soo goood and u choose from a menu what u like. They will prepare it from their kitchen upon your order. The hotel values their guests and have a cute postcard from sapa yen hotel with a personal touch on the letter. Was a great stay and would highly recommend this to all.

Friendly staff’s , the Hotel location near Sun plaza station and center of the Sapa town. And reasonable prices.

The room is so spacious and clean. The staff was so friendly. We arrived early in the morning at 4 degrees. The staff accommodated us right away with our luggage and gave us hot tea. They also gave us gifts 🥰🤍

The hotel has the good view .. and the breakfast is not in buffet style just a simple breakfast .. but I very enjoy having breakfast with amazing views. The room amenities just so so .. not many furniture just the bed , dressing table with table mirror and lounge chair ..

It was a nice place to stay and the room is spacious. The location is near from the city and it has a nice view to see the Sapa train. The staffs are very friendly and they even made my room quite special since its my birthday. I will definitely recommend this to other tourists.

The room was clean and we were greeted by a hotel dog which was a surprise.(friendly not barking kind) initially booked the hotel for one night. In the room there was a post card greeting for us and tea packets.Had the mountain view room which we were able to catch the rail train pass by in the morning to afternoon! Room includes breakfast buffet that had a amazing view outside! Later on we decided to stay one more night on last minute plans and they just happen to have another room which the room is throughly clean as well! Staff is friendly and able to converse in basic english some better than others. Would come back to stay again if given a chance! The price of the hotel is a steal too! The only sad thing which cant blame them as the room on higher floor is full. I had stayed at G floor which is below street level. But still had this amazing view on the 3rd photo from our room! Imagine having a higher floor the view would be spectacular! ʅ（◞‿◟）ʃ

Loved our stay here. Everything about the hotel is perfect. The MAM restaurant downstairs serves fantastic food and coffee so don't need to travel far. Close to Sapa town and viettrekking cafe too if u want a different view.

It was a nice boutique hotel. The hotel was clean and there are many amenities provided. The staffs were all friendly despite their lack of ability to speak English. It was very worth the price. The only thing lacking would be a bed warmer. The night is very cold, there's a heater but the bed sheets still feel very cold.
