The air conditioning of the hotel is not very good, and the temperature of the bath water is unstable. What annoys me the most is that it is very noisy in the morning, there are always people entering and exiting at the emergency exit, the door is very loud, I have been woken up many times, and the sound insulation is not good.

Хороший отель и хорошая сеть отелей. Комнаты маленькие но, всегда чисто и хорошие завтраки, особенно в Лиме.

交通便利，新酒店。早餐一般，房間很小，也不提供瓶裝水。衞生不怎麼樣，床上還有留下的頭髮

Gefallen hat die tolle zentrale Lage im Bezirk. Der Weg zum Pazifik ist nicht weit.Viele Lokale laden zum Verweilen ein. Nicht gefallen hat hier vieles. Die Zimmer sind für 2 getrennt aufgestellte Betten eindeutig zu klein. Der Zwischenraum reicht kaum für die Beine. Das Frühstück für 13 Dollar ist eine Frechheit. Eine Sorte Käse, Wurst und abgepackte Marmelade. Dazu nur gesalzene Margarine. Typische peruanische Speisen wie Tamales Fehlanzeige. Eine Kaffeemaschine für alle Gäste sind eindeutig zu wenig. Der Frühstücksraum hat den Charme einer Flughafenhalle. Einladend ist das nicht. Da hilft auch das freundliche Personal nicht. Es gibt in der Nähe viele schöne Restaurants wo auch schon um 7.00 Uhr gefrühstückt werden kann. Das war viel ansprechender und billiger noch dazu.

Delicious food and excellent beds, and the kind people in the reception, the bar Is beautiful, AND the place Is near to the town Center , the músic Is nice, inthe conclusión everthing was very good , AND i'd recommend this beatiful place innTrujillo.

Clean, friendly staff, nice area, lots off shopping and dining options. There is a super market around the block (Wong). Very decent breakfast. The room was very small but sufficient. I would definitely go back!!

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in for years of travel in aviation. The rudeness of employees to poor service in the afternoon restaurant staff literally 1.2 hours waiting a sandwich the first night we stayed only to be told in a dining room with 12 persons it was very busy and would be 1/2 mor hours for a sandwich. We decided to stay our original 4 day plan as to give a chance but after a broken chair in our room which the leg just broke of not from abuse but just sitting down being charged 200 soles with negotiation too tonight the restaurant server after 45 minutes proceeds to tell us we never ordered our food go figure this place requires customer service lessons I have never experienced this type of service any place else and I have stayed at other Ibis in Miaflores and Spain but never experienced this type of issues and to add the application of taxes is the discretion of the desk clerk we will not be staying in this hotel again.

Anita at the front desk was amazing I'm from LA first time in Peru she was the hostess with the most is I was there in March I'm finally writing this thing it took so long seriously nice place good people like the location il be black!!

To Liry Marrugo, Upon checking into the Ibis Hotel Trujillo yesterday, I discovered that I had made an error in my booking and was off by one day on my arrival when I made my booking. Gianmarco and Jimena at the front desk were right on the task. I don’t know if they inquired with you or another manager, but they arranged my two night stay to be changed to the nights that I needed, November 5-7. I have worked as a Travel Director for 33 years in the United States and Canada and have stayed close to 7000 nights in hotels in my life, so I know excellence at hotels when I experience it. The customer service skills exhibited by Gianmarco and Jimena were exemplary. They were calm, courteous, and most certainly professional. You should be glad to have them on your staff. Because of their professional nature, I have booked myself into an Ibis Hotel in Lima for the end of my trip. I have always found the uniformity of appointments in Ibis Hotels to my liking, and look forward to my stay in Lima, and at more Ibis Hotels on other future trips.

I stayed for 5 days here. Booked 2 rooms and unfortunately one of them was closed to the avenue and the noise was anoying. Rooms does not have a Good ventilación system. These are the only 2 bad thing this hotel has. The service was excelent, and they change me to another room as soon as I told them about that noise. The hotel is pretty and really clean. Breakfast was fine, i would add vegetables to the buffet. In general, is a place where you’ll have a really Good service and in a Good location. I recomend it.

Check in was not fast . The staff didn’t know about the room being prepaid and also they tried to charge me taxes when I’m not Peruvian. The hotel wasn’t as clean a other Ibis I have stayed. Food odors where all over the building . They may need a exhaust fan in the kitchen to correct issues.
