Very good location. 10 minutes walking to the Bus station. A good walking street downstairs. Clean and organized. With long history 👍

We comfortable room. Freshly renovated to modern day style. Very peaceful. We had room 27 which included a nice tv (not many channels and did not accept chromecast). Very happy with the instructions at reception. But I was not very happy on providing a piece of ID for both of us (something I sometimes forget, just so he can write both of our names down)...

Gute Erfahrung im Allgemeinen. Bett und Zimmer war schön und sauber. Person auf der Website waren schön . sehr gut Frühstück mit guter Qualität. Wir empfehlen unseren Freunden. Lage ist gut, weil es nahe der Autobahn ist.

Freundliches Personal. Es gibt ein thailändisches Restaurant im Gegensatz zum Hotel.

Wir haben eine Nacht im Hotel geblieben, und durch die Sauberkeit und das leckere Frühstück, das David und Simon vorgestellt haben, konnte meine Familie und ich sagen, dass unser Aufenthalt in Quebec ein unvergessliches wäre.

I cannot say enough about this hotel & it’s employees. We originally planned to stay 3 nights to move our daughter into her dorm room (U of Ottawa), which was only a 5 minute drive from the hotel. Due to some complications with our daughter’s dorm room we ended up having to extend our stay for one more night….and then one more night after that. Despite having to extend our stay twice, the staff was extremely accommodating and while we did have to move rooms once (our fault), the staff made sure that it was as seamless as possible, allowing us to stay in our old room until the new one was ready. Since we booked our room through an online hotel booking site, rather than through the hotel directly, we normally would have had to check out & then come back later in the afternoon to check into our new room (again completely our fault and decision). Thankfully Abdul from the front desk arranged for us to stay in our current room so we didn’t have to go through that hassle. As for the rooms themselves, they are great, very clean, comfortable, spacious, plus having a full kitchen AND a washer & dryer in the room was a huge benefit. We’ve stayed in several other hotels that offer ‘suites’, but they didn’t have the amenities or space this hotel offers. Having on-site underground parking was a bonus, especially considering the limited parking in this area & that there are several restaurants & stores right outside the hotel. Furthermore, every staff member we encountered was extremely pleasant, helpful & never made us feel like we’re asking too much, whether it was asking for an extra coffee pack, directions/suggestions for restaurants or in our case moving room etc.,. The only thing we would change would be booking with the hotel directly, instead of using one of the online hotel booking sites as we unfortunately did. We didn’t save any money using the site & it would’ve made things a lot easier if we just booked directly with the hotel. We will definitely stay here again & would recommend this hotel.

Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel sehr! Die Lage ist erstaunlich! Zimmer war gemütlich! Liebe zum Tisch für Zimmerservice! Essen war gut, aber wegen des Restaurants geschlossen, Essen war nicht heiß, als es unser Zimmer erreichte, was unvermeidlich 😉! Staff was extremely accommodating!!! Vielen Dank und bald, weil wir bald wiederkommen!!!!

Ich bin so erstaunt mit meinem Stumble auf Montfort. Die Geschichte des wunderschönen Gebäudes war das, was uns zuerst verwunderte. Es ist nur atemberaubend. Alles überstieg meine Erwartungen. Alles war so sauber, das Personal war echt, willkommen und untergebracht (jeder schien sehr glücklich). Wir sprechen nicht viel Französisch, aber Kommunikation war nie ein Problem. Die Ausstattung wie der riesige Dachoftwarmtube, REAL Frühstück und der Spa in Ihrem Aufenthalt hat mich absolut weggeblasen. Ich könnte über den Spa für Tage fortfahren; sauber, geräumig, luxuriös. Ich konnte nicht glauben, dass ich für diesen absolut perfekten Hotelaufenthalt das gleiche bezahlte wie für alle anderen Hotels auf unserer Reise. Erschwinglich. Komfortable. Ausgezeichnet!!
