I was surprisingly pleased with my stay. I was on the first floor and the room was large and modern and restaurant Delicious was delicious. The pool area was great. No crazy loud people. It was full but quiet and nice. The reception person “Helen” spoke American English and was amazing in her customer service skills. She smiled and was happy to help me right away. She did not push me aside or say I am busy I cannot help you. She was smiling and happy to be there to help. Her English was great. I was also happy to see that they were constantly cleaning. This was a short family vacation with mom to make her happy. The Arkin İskele resort had very comfortable and clean rooms with sea views. Staffs were very friendly and professional. Food was great. They had nice bars with quality brands. Thanks to Sefa - he was one of the bartender . He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
