We have been coming to Brazil for a long time, and this was our first visit to Bahia side / Trancoso. Our close friends have been telling us to visit this part for a long time and we finally were able to do this all the way from New York celebrating Christmas 2024 week at Villas de Trancoso. What a magical place once you get here. it is about the journey and the willingness to come to such a location. Now I understand why all my friends from Brazil rave about this place. Let me start by thanking the team at Villas de Trancoso led by Maria and her husband. She was very helpful months in advance when we were planning our trip and connected me with Renata at reception and concierge, who was just unbelievably gracious and helpful with her time, organizing our trip and itinerary Gabriel and her team was so great for all the breakfast and Christmas Eve service by the pool. Attention to detail was spectacular.. special thank you to the chefs. The food was just amazing. Lastly, Lisa and the entire team at the beach made this so much fun hanging out during the day by the ocean. Service, how friendly they were how attentive they were was truly memorable. We look forward to being back with our family to this magical location, and I suggest for anyone who is willing to make the journey to Brazil fly to São Paulo take another flight to Porto Seguro and come to Villas de Trancoso. You will not be disappointed. Thank you team Villas de Trancoso. We already miss you.

Villas de Trancoso is just simply an outstanding place to stay. The staff is great. Our many thanks to Renata who is totally fluent in English. She was so helpful to us on suggesting places to go like Praia das Tartarugas, and restaurants particularly Bonittas in the Quadrado for dinner. The food and service at the on premise restaurant was also very good. Trrancoso is one of the most unique places in the world. If you decide to go, stay at Villas de Trancoso. Also, you don't need to rent a car. The local taxis are great and inexpensive.

We love Villas de Trancoso. It is one of our favorite places in the world. A beautiful and intimate setting where we can always reconnect as a couple, relax, and get pampered by the Villas' staff. Rating this place with 5 stars doesn't seem enough. We'll be back soon :)

We stayed at Villas di Trancoso for three days in January 2024. We totally enjoyed our time in this amazing place on Trancoso beach. We were graciously upgraded to the amazing Sky Villa, two-level, 200 square meters, private villa in the heart of the property. Every morning we enjoyed a fabulous freshly made breakfast, with customized choices at the beautiful pool house. We then enjoyed the exclusive beach area equipped with comfortable beach beds and chairs. The beach around the Villas was gorgeous and clean. There were excellent lunch choices and we enjoyed the always friendly and attentive staff. For dinner we explored a couple of restaurants in the Quadrado de Trancoso recommended by the hotel but also enjoyed a private, Bahia-style dinner in the pool house of the property. The Villas de Trancoso is located inside the most beautiful, perfectly maintained tropical garden, with birds singing and sometimes monkeys visiting. You just can go wrong here and we highly recommend this small piece of paradise. Thank you to the amazing team and thank you for spoiling us.
