Wenn Sie mit dem Bus fahren, können Sie die Chuo-dori-Straße nehmen, die am nächsten liegt. Die Fahrt mit dem Taxi zum Bahnhof kostet etwa 2.600. Das Zimmer hat Seeblick, ist aber nicht direkt darauf ausgerichtet, sondern etwas seitlich. Es ist besser, sich das Feuerwerk nachts am See anzuschauen. Frühstück und Abendessen sind recht reichhaltig, aber schade, dass es sich um ein Buffet handelt. Ich mag immer noch das Gefühl der Bankettküche. Oben und unten gibt es zwei heiße Quellen. Die oberste Etage bietet Seeblick und B1 bietet Gartenblick. sehr schön.

Eine unangenehme Reise, veraltete Einrichtungen, unbequemer Transport und abgelegene Lage. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen.

Das Gesamtumfeld ist zufriedenstellend! Das Ärgerlichste ist, dass es keine Handtücher im Bad gibt, die Gäste müssen ihre eigenen Zimmerhandtücher zum Bad mitbringen!

Ich fand es etwas seltsam, dass alle Arbeiter chinesische Arbeiter mit Anfängernote waren, so sehr, dass ich dachte, es sei eine chinesische Firma. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und beeindruckt, aber im Gegenteil, der japanische Empfang war arrogant. Ich war sowohl abends als auch morgens sehr zufrieden mit dem abwechslungsreichen Essen. Das Bad war auch interessant, ebenso wie die Shampoo-Behandlungsbar, wo Sie bekommen können, was Sie wollen, und wenn ich unsicher war, welches ich wählen sollte, haben mich die japanischen Mitarbeiter ausführlich beraten und mich glücklich gemacht. .

This hotel is the biggest in the area. Amazing Breakfast, Great Onsen, Best views of Lake Toya. The staff were really helpful too. I was given a room on the first night with trees blocking the lake view. I requested for a different room and they upgraded my room for the 2nd night as it was fully booked ok the first night. I really enjoyed my stay

Great location at Lake Toya. Able to view the lake, Mount Yotei and Nakajima island from the hotel. Do note that it is dependent on weather, same for the fireworks display. Male and female onsen not located at the same place. They will switch location at certain time of the day.

The experience was somewhat satisfactory however the property is a bit old and not so well maintained , furniture is old & dirty and the room is stinks with cigarette smell. The design of the room is bad the location of the toilet right at the entrance door. The beds arrangement was not practical and user friendly to any occupants. Wey inconvenience to access and is small. The beds are too low and pillows are small. Generally staff service is satisfactory and acceptable. The great point of this property is that it has an awesome location and beautiful landscape outside and Great Lake views. Food is normal but the queue line is a bit unorganised and have to look into it though the outlet ambience is good.

location is great. amenities are good too. there’s kids area that is pretty filled with lots of toys to play with. dinner buffet was pretty mehh while breakfast buffet was good. service was decent. though not very friendly for folks who don’t speak japanese as they mainly only speak japanese. toilet is horrendously cramp and pillows were very mehh. all in all, value for money. decent if you’re not looking for much in a hotel.

Lake view room viewed beautiful firework 👍❤️ Room a bit run down, bath/toilet space not ideal. Half board dinning too crowded for food.😅

A very large a bit old hotel. The food is served buffet style.

The food was quite good for the breakfast and dinner. Hiwever, the room was quite old and required renovation and the in room air conditioning seemed broken with dripping hose in washroom.

Felt that the hotel was overrated and over-priced, though dinner and breakfast were provided. Room amenities are limited. Furniture was rather old. You need to book a time slot for dinner. We checked-in at about 4pm ++, and we were left with the last slot, and got to eat fast to be in time to watch the fireworks. There was a good variety of food for breakfast and dinner. Be early for breakfast as there is no reservation. The amenities in the Onsen were good. You just need to bring your towel. Body wash, shampoo, lotion, body milk etc are available for use. Combs are sterilized before use.

The 8F bath is a little dirty and always crowded. Food is nothing to shout about unless you are going for cooked food and rice. Nothing much to do in this place, one night is sufficient. Policy on trip com says kids from 0-2 stay free if they do not need meals and extra bedding but hotel insists on charging me for my baby.
