Initially sent to the wrong room but the desk staff sorted it. The views are great of either the ocean or marina. We had an ocean view , also overlooked the pool. The place is actually quiet considering its also a ****** and popular restaurants. The staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 nights and can recommend this hotel for a couple or family stay. It's close to the strand and easy walking to lots of cafes , restaurants and the beach side walk.

Verwirrt zu checken. Rezeption ist in einem anderen Hotel. Es wäre irritierend, wenn Sie kein Auto und mussten Spaziergänge mit Gepäck. Modernes Komplex. Mit einigen Essensoptionen und einem Kinoskomplex. Kurz zum Stadtzentrum. Sehr kleines Zimmer. Nur ein Bett, kein Platz für einen Stuhl außer dem kleinen Tischstuhl unter dem Tisch. Der erste Eindruck, als ich die Tür öffnete, war der übertriebene Geruch von Zigaretten. Dies ist eine nicht rauchende Einrichtung, aber offensichtlich nicht durchgesetzt. Tabak wird auf Gürteln gefärbt und auf Teppichen verbrannt. Kein Abfall. Trotzdem ist das Zimmer sehr sauber. Dann ein Bad von einer guten Größe, aber kein warmes Wasser! Einfrieren Dusche zu Beginn meines Tages - zumindest erweckte mich trotz gewaltsam. Die Türen von der angrenzenden Zimmer schlägt laut und ist erstaunlich. Rezeption, in einem anderen Hotel, geschlossen im Checkout so unfähig, Feedback zu Rauch und kaltes Wasser zu geben. Keinig gepreist - und Sie erhalten, was Sie zahlen. Bessere Optionen in der Nähe - und sie haben sogar heißes Wasser. Liebe Kaffee für leichtes Frühstück im Park.

Stayed overnight for work and paid $240 for a 2 bedroom unit, first impression was that someone had left wet towels somewhere or the carpet had been wet , stale musty smell as soon as i walked in. No Cable TV , not setup for Streaming or casting so was restricted to local TV . AC controllers were old and i could not adjust from Cold to Heat as i could not see the display on the controller , Beds were good , bathrooms and shower were good. Close to restaurants and coffee shops. I am told that this a fairly new complex but it felt old and tired . Probably will not use this Hotel again.

Das Doppelbettzimmer war die günstigste Option, obwohl wir als Paar reisen, aber die Einrichtungen waren sauber, das Personal außergewöhnlich freundlich und Service 24 Stunden.

Echt erstaunlich Aufenthalt, genossen von den Einrichtungen (insbesondere der Fitnessraum! Das einzige, was über den Fitnessraum geht, ist, dass für die Gewichtsabschnitt es keine Art von Spiegel zu sehen, aber insgesamt war erstaunlich). Auch, liebte den Fernseher, und in der Lage zu sehen und zu hören, unsere eigene Art von Dingen, wirklich cool. Wäre sicher wieder hier, zweifellos! Danke Palmer!

I had a wonderful stay at Seagulls Resort in Townsville. The resort is located in a beautiful setting, overlooking the sea and Magnetic Island. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you need. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. I enjoyed the two saltwater pools, the tennis court, and the playground for the kids. The resort is also close to many attractions, such as the Strand Beach, Reef HQ Aquarium, and Townsville Mini Golf and Fun Park. I would highly recommend Seagulls Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Townsville.

Big open plan apartment with king size comfortable bed and bonus pillow menu so if the pillows supplied didn’t suit I could change them. Room was very clean and spacious and the balcony provided a view of the city and Castle Hill beyond. The staff were very welcoming and greeted me each day with a smile and quick chat to check everything was ok. The apartment was well equiped with everything you could need to cook meals. That said, there were many great restaurants within a few 100 metres of the apartments. My apartment was 462 and I’d definitely stay here again with only a short stroll across the Victoria Bridge into the city.

Booked in on Friday 5/5/23 for a nights stay .. given card to open door, after several attempts & door not opening husband went to reception and was given another keycard.. opened door and walked in and within a few minutes realised room already occupied by someone rose.. they weren’t in room.. thankgod! Husband went to reception while I waited with bags.. given another room on Different floor away from the friends we’re were holidaying with.. after shower I was feeling quite anxious about being in someone else’s room so decided to go to reception to lodge a complaint .. was basically ignored and receptionist actually shrugged her shoulders. I told her I would be complaining to management and again she looked through me and just sort of shrugged again.. at no point did she apologise .. a sorry might have gone a long way?? I left there feeling I’d done something wrong.. I wouldn’t stay there ever again
