The resort was absolutely perfect for us. The room was ready at scheduled time, a/c was operating, and thoroughly cleaned and prepared. We were directly above the coffee shop, and the waiting area is very convenient for temporarily storing our luggage before and after our boat trips.

Really it's about the service. We had been traveling for over 33 hours to get here. All we wanted to do was sleep. For what we paid no one should be knocking on our door at 8am for housekeeping. Like Whhhhyyyy?? 8am is way too early when on vacation. There were other problems too mostly with not being accommodating to minor requests. I asked the front desk FOUR TIMES not to knock on our door again until check out. Well it's 10:15 and as I'm typing this they are literally knocking on my door! STOP! We still have until 11am. This is one of my biggest pet peeves. I pay hundreds of dollars for sleep and privacy and they can't manage that. Stay somewhere else.

Excellent hotel and marina. This is one of our fav spots in the BVI. Great place to start and end a charter. Has all of the things you need. Nic beach. Great pool, grocery store, two restaurants, laundry, marine store etc. the service the provide is excellent. Rooms are lovely. Thank you for always looking after us. See you next year.

It is a small but very cozy hotel with a friendly staff. Clean sheets, pillows and comfortable bed. The resort has several options to eat, a convenience store, bars coffee shop and a boutique store. (Restaurant open at 0600-0930pm) In addition this resort count with a great Marina w/ boat(s) gas station.

We first stayed at Nanny Cay 25 years ago and our trips were broken only by the twin hurricanes and the pandemic. Great to be back. New rooms are really good,clean, and didn't lose the rustic charm. Staff was new to us (except for Devon!) but they were as pleasent, effcient and helpful as we remembered. Room with balcony overlooking the marina great to be lulled to sleep by the clanking of the masts. We were pleased that children of staff got to enjoy the pool and beach on weekends. But we do miss the old Peg Legs. Over the years it had developed into a destination restaurant, but no more.

The location is beautiful, but the cleaning staff does not meet the hotel's standards. We had to ask multiple times for toilet paper and coffee pads. The cleaning is done quickly and poorly. The restaurant and the bar are good. The staff of the bar and the restaurant meet the standards and are really friendly. Avoid booking a room on the marina unless you enjoy listening to children yelling from 4:00 to 8:00 pm right in front of your room, some of whom are the staff's children. This can be disappointing if you want to enjoy the view and spend time on your balcony. Unfortunately, these children are left unattended. Thank you to the parents… and to the hotel staff
