The location is perfect, a ten-minute walk from the Union Station and just adjacent to the ferry pier to Toronto Island. The ferry just cost 8.70 CAD for round trip for 20 mins. It is a nice place to visit, especially those who enjoy nature. We booked a room facing the lake, which is highly recommended. It is a real picture taken in the early morning from the window. The room service is nice and the buffet breakfast with lots of varieties of food. I needed to have a zoom meeting, and the internet service is stable. Though it is a paid service, it was waived as I am Bonvoy Member. Do join their membership.

Got to the hotel a little after 9 am as my flight got in earlier than expected. It was raining and cold. Was wondering if they'd have a room that early to give me and yes they did😁😃😄I was checked in immediately and given a room on the 29th floor. Lovely room with a view of CN TOWER. Nothing was lacking. Room was fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. All the staff I encountered during my 4 night's stay was very pleasant and helpful. I am looking forward to my next trip to Toronto in August and I will be rebook this hotel for sure. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks to everyone there who made my stay there a memorable one.

Was für ein wunderbares Hotel !!!! Sehr netter Empfang, alles wirkte gleich edel und komfortabel. Das Zimmer kann man nur als perfekt bezeichnen. Es hatte eine angenehme Größe und war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war überaus gepflegt und sauber und den Ausblick kann man nur als grandios bezeichnen. Man sollte auf alle Fälle ein Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken erbitten. Wir waren im 16. Stock und schauten genau auf Toronto Downtown, seitlich grüßte der CN Tower. Das Zimmer hatte eine Mikrowelle und einen Kühlschrank, sowie eine Kaffeemaschine. Ein richtiges Aha Erlebnis gab es dann beim Indoor Pool. Der hat eine tolle Größe und war angenehm warm. Auf der Jacuzzi war toll. Am Besten hat uns gefallen, dass wir meist alles für uns allein hatten. Davon mal abgesehen, war auch hier alles sehr, sehr sauber. Und das Fitnesscenter hat seinen Namen echt verdient, die Geräte waren, was nicht selbstverständlich ist, von echter Studioqualität. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist das Parken, hier ist der Preis schon ein wenig zu hoch gegriffen. In der Nähe gibt es aber etwas günstigere Parkplätze.

Hotels in der Nähe des Flughafens sind im Allgemeinen günstiger, mit bequemen Transport- und Parkmöglichkeiten, aber es kommen und gehen viele Gäste und es ist relativ laut. Andere Hotels haben Angst vor einer schlechten Lage, einer komplizierten Umgebung oder einer niedrigen Kostenleistung Ich hatte jedes Mal Probleme, bis ich das Pan Pacific Hotel in Toronto entdeckte.

My wife and I recently spent three nights at the TownPlace Suites hotel in Markham, Ontario. We booked the room with our Bonvoy points, so I can’t comment on price. Markham is a suburb about 15 miles north of Toronto. We picked this location since it was near relatives we were visiting. It’s located on a fairly busy highway with various commercial businesses nearby. There is a Chinese restaurant (QJD Peking Duck), which we did not visit, on the first floor. The thirteen-story building actually holds two Marriott properties: Courtyard by Marriott on floors 2 - 8 and TownPlace on floors 9 - 14. The registration desk serves both hotels. The lobby has several areas for socializing. There also is a Bistro/Bar area. Conference rooms, a business center and a spa are off to the side. A fitness center and indoor pool are on the lower level. Wifi is free. Surprisingly, parking is not. Signs say that it costs $6 Canadian per day to park in the attached multi-level garage, but we apparently were not charged. Check-in was courteous and efficient. You need your keycard to access the elevator. TIP: There is no 13th floor; the elevator buttons go from 12 to 14! We were assigned room 915. TIP: the room was almost across the hall from the ice machine and one wall of the room directly abutted the elevator bank. While the noise was neglible, you might want to keep this in mind if you’re a very light sleeper. The room was clean and decorated in what I would call ikea style. It was like living in a studio apartment. A flat screen TV was on a two-drawer chest/dresser. A wall-mounted desk had overhead shelving, a vertical cupboard, desk chair and rollout table. The kitchen section had a sink, two-burner electric range top, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher (!) and fairly large refrigerator. There were multiple cabinets and drawers filled with practically every kitchen item you’d need: pots, pans, dishes, flatware, soap, etc. And if they’re still something you might need, chances are you can get it from the front desk. (See pic.) A full-size closet contained an iron/ironing board. No sign of a safe. The sitting area contained a loveseat, ottoman and floor lamp. The king-size bed had five pillows. The bed was a little soft, but comfortable. It was flanked by nightstands and wall-mounted lamps with electric outlets. 
The bathroom was average-sized. The vanity had lots of counter space and several drawers. And a hair dryer. The shower was quite large, taking up about a third of the room. There was wall-mounted hand soap and hair/body wash (in the shower) by ALICE & Co+ botanicals. Shower pressure and temperature were fine. TIP: Don’t be alarmed when you flush the toilet - the sound is comparable to that generated by an airplane commode. Breakfast was included with the room and was served on the 14th floor. Der TV ist groß und mit hoher Auflösung. Bett ist gut gefärbt und das Zimmer ist sauber. Es fühlt sich bequem, wenn ich im Zimmer wandele. Es gibt Lotion und Gesichtswasch im Badezimmer. Alle Möbel scheinen einfach, aber großartig.

Wir haben unser Familienendes langes Wochenende genossen, dies ist eine ideale Lage, nur wenige Minuten Shuttle zum Flughafen. Wir konnten den Shuttle jeden Tag annehmen und von dort UP Express und GO Bus zu wo wir je wollten gehen. Das Hotelpersonal ist so froh, mit zu reden, und hilfreich mit jedem kleinen Details (Dank für die Pizzaplatz-Empfehlung - es war perfekt!) Es war großartig, das Frühstück enthalten, und sie haben eine großzügige Auswahl zu wählen! Wir wurden geplagt, der Pool ist noch nicht betriebsbereit, aber wir wussten, dass vor dem Abflug, also freuen wir uns darauf, es noch einmal zu genießen. Wir würden sicher noch einmal hier bleiben und empfehlen, dass jemand ein sauberes und erschwingliches Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens sucht. Unser Zimmer stand vor dem Flughafen und die Kinder waren glücklicher, dass dann das Fernsehen (Danke!) Und es war wert, festzustellen, dass wir nahe dem Aufzug waren, aber es war überhaupt kein Lärmproblem (wie wir in der Vergangenheit anderswo erlebt haben) (Side Note, Wir waren froh, dass die Zimmertemperatur konsistent war (und das Kühl-/Wärmesystem ruhig!) Groß überall Erfahrung!

Conveniently located with walking distance to restaurants bars and coffee shop. Nearby train station and free shuttle bus services to and fro airport. Clean and quietly with a gym restaurant and bar. I stay here when travelling to Toronto. Great hotel to stay.

Das Hotel ist sehr groß, mit einem ** im ersten Stock, einem Theater und einer Pferderennbahn, was großartig ist! Das Zimmer ist groß, die Einrichtungen sind neu, sauber und hygienisch, die Transportmöglichkeiten sind bequem, es gibt eine kostenlose Tiefgarage und der Preis ist hoch!

Wir blieben im September beim DoubleTree vor dem Fliegen nach Griechenland und waren wirklich beeindruckt! Alles war sehr sauber und die Dekoration war modern und aktualisiert. Robert, unser Server bei der Taza Grill, war froh, mit zu reden, und das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Joseph und das Front Desk Personal waren sehr freundlich und professionell und der Flughafenschiffführer Qurshi hatte ein wunderbares Humorgefühl und half, unsere Erfahrung zu einem wirklich angenehmen zu machen. Wir werden sicher zurück sein!
