"We stayed for two weeks in Villa Maria studios that they let and we have nothing but good words about it. We contacted with Marios by mail and he responded fast. He gave us several options for payment and had understanding for our requirements about it. The room was comfy and clean on the first floor. Kitchen was fully equipped, we didn’t need to bring anything extra with us like we did every other holiday before. Sheets and towels fresh and clean, you even have extra towels if you needed. On our surprise they change them two times until we were there. We were with a child so this is very important. Garbage was taken care of every day by the villa staff. (That’s new to us because everywhere we stayed the garbage was thrown by us) Our room balcony was facing the main street so it could be sometime noisy but thats not the problem of the owner, he couldn’t do anything about it. (If you close the balcony door you would be in silence) - AC workings perfectly. - Hot water 24/7. - The beach is 2 min by foot. - Parking on site in the villa for every room. You don’t need to worry about that. Overall we had nice holiday without any problems. We recommend this villa for sure, you won’t regret it."

"Eine gute Lösung im Inneren gegenüber dem Strand, aber vielleicht ermöglicht dies, ruhiger zu sein. Das Haus aus den Fotos scheint viel größerer und mit viel mehr Platz. Es scheint ein Pool und einen Garten zu sein, aber es ist eine Quelle und ein Garten, das nicht genutzt werden kann. Trotzdem ist das Apartment auf zwei Etagen mit allen Komforten ausgestattet, um zu bleiben und auch zu kochen. Der Besitzer (Vater und Sohn) sind sehr nett und richten Sie an und lösen alle Anfragen, die Sie haben können. Restaurants, Strände, Bars usw. alle zwei Schritte, aber dank ihrer Anregungen können Sie die Zeit, die Sie zur Verfügung haben, leicht optimieren."

"A total turn-off with the hotel description, incl. rooms with high-quality photos. Moreover it needs a renovation…, lack of the noise insulation…the swimming pool starts at 10 as a fountain in order to be cleaned, and ends after 12, try to sleep to the sounds of roaring water behind the door… get ready to hear all your neighbors🤪, a problem with the malfunctioning toilet…we had such… and we were asked to wait till the next day👌 because the mechanism should be brought from another place… a broken mosquito-netting at the windows… problems with the sewage lines in the shower…🙈get ready just to stand in the pool of water … the rooms are not cleaned … the towels are not changed, if you wouldn’t ask personally, and even if you ask on reception to do anything … believe, nothing is gonna happen, just a sincere smile of the receptionist… and her ‘OK’))) The positive thing is the hotel’s own beach…and the sea.. it was gorgeous..the rest is a horrible mess…"

"Porto Koufo ist ein Paradies und das Chronos Hotel bietet Ihnen einen vollen Genuss. Die Zimmer sind modern und angenehmen mit schönen Terrassen (vorzugsweise 1. Stock) und der Pool ist sehr schön. Der Besitzer ist nett und sehr empfänglich. Das Hotel bietet kein Frühstück, das ist schade, weil es keine Küche gibt (nur Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank). Wir haben jedoch unseren Aufenthalt geliebt."
