Sehr gutes Hotel in einer Lage gegenüber eines Parks. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Klimaanlage des Hotels funktionierte nachts nicht und erholsames schlafen war unmöglich. Zwei Kollegen hatten das gleiche Problem

Schönes Hotel. Leider wird sehr schlecht geputzt die Klimaanlage Funktioniert nicht richtig, das Frühstück ist nicht gut, eine Kaffeemaschine war nur kaputt auch die Lage ist sehr schlecht.

Das Fünf-Sterne-Hotel mit dem besten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Tongxiang Der Hauspreis von über 400 Yuan ist sehr gut, aber es befindet sich nicht im Hauptgebäude und hat kein Recht auf kostenlose Nutzung des Swimmingpools. Das Schwimmbad ist großartig, 50 Personen. Es empfiehlt sich, ein Zimmer im Haupthaus zu wählen, da man an heißen Tagen nicht durch den Außenbereich gehen muss.

Ich war in Jianghu, aber es gibt keine Legende über den älteren Bruder in Jianghu.

it is a very nice hotel. I was there second time. Very clean, staff is very responsitive. Near the hotel you can find a big shopping mall. It is not far from railway station. Only 15 min.

This is definitely the best hotel in the city. Its also huge, with two separate towers.

Inspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious "Business Room" in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath. There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty). Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb. The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet. Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the "all you can eat" buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.) Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.) There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests" for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

因為帶娃出遊，比較了很多酒店選擇了這一家，硬件設施沒的説，非常棒，家庭套房很適合一家子，滑滑梯兒子特別喜歡，出口那裡有快充樁，就是需要從入口那繞一圈過去，附近走幾步就有吾悦廣場，吃喝也方便，總之位置環境都很好

因為是四大一小出遊，特意選了有3張床的酒店，能選擇的酒店不多，看到這個酒店有這樣的房型就趕緊定了。沒想到一進去房間很驚喜，房間超級大，有3個廁所，應該是一個標間和一個套房聯通的。使用空間非常寬敞，設施完善，好評。 同時酒店地面停車場就有快充，對於電車很友好，好評。 早餐也很豐盛，還有特色羊肉麪。 改進: 1）房間沒有身體乳、棉簽； 2）前台經驗不足，登記時是朋友先行登記，將房號發給本人，本人晚一點再去前台補登記並再拿一張房卡的。在補登記時由於前台有陌生人，本人故意將房號打在手機屏幕給前台看，並口頭説明我要補登記這個房間的卡，結果前台根本沒過腦子，直接大聲喊了出來2828房間。同時由於本人使用的電子身份證，前台可能看不見姓氏，問了一下姓什麼，當我説了姓什麼後，前台又大聲的把全名大聲的復讀了一遍。相當於又報房號又報客户姓名，像是完全沒經過培訓，絲毫不知道保護客户私隱，這點讓人感覺非常不專業； 3）房間到現在還沒有開冷氣，很悶； 4）自助早餐時提出需求，希望能給一個紙杯打包一杯咖啡走，因為剛吃了早飯喝不下咖啡，但是一會要自駕離開，因此希望打包一杯咖啡走，但是工作人員告知不可以，如果要打包一杯咖啡走，需要用掉房間的一份早餐額度。雖然可以理解自助餐原則不允許打包，但是認為不太過分的需求酒店應該可以滿足，或者可以溝通協商，但是這樣告知一杯咖啡需要一份額外的早餐額度去換就很令人無語。還好後來換了一位領班直接溝通，很積極的就幫忙準備了一個紙杯。 整體性價比還是很高的，服務意識如果能稍加改進就更好了，謝謝
