Wuzhen Club House Bewertungen

It was our wedding anniversary so we wanted to have a cozy trip to a town we had not been to. Did some research and found Wuzhen and decided on Wuzhen Clubhouse.  We knew the pricing would be higher to be inside the visitor zone so it was mainly to take advantage of the location of the hotel. For the price, it is basic and aged. The room is exactly as you see in photos for the listing. Because the hotel  is in a historical building, there is no lift if you stay in a second floor unit.  With a stay inside the visitor area, you can normally have unlimited access to go in and out of the area, whereas if you stay outside then you are limited to the number of access. You can also remember to call and buggy to take you longer distances from the hotel and from certain spots; they just ask you to show proof of stay like your hotel key card. Otherwise you pay per ride at 10 RMB which is not cost efficient.  It’s quite humid and rainy for most of the year so since it’s stone and wood construction, it is vulnerable to be run down easily.  Since we visited in October, it was cool and slightly rainy but the temperature in the room was pleasant with the windows open or with the air conditioning on.  I imagine it could get quite hot in summer so this is something to keep in mind.  Breakfast is either in the hotel or you receive a voucher to a breakfast spot in the town. It’s a very full breakfast either Chinese style or western.  The staff are friendly and patient. This is the highlight of the hotel.  When you arrive in the visitor center, you can confirm your check in and your luggage is transported directly to your hotel. And when you depart, the same process in reverse is arranged for you.  We then called a Didi car to leave and the driver picked us up outside of the visitor Centre. You can take a regular yellow taxi in the line in the same area. The price is only slightly higher when you call a car but the car can be much nicer so I think it’s worth the 20 RMB extra to go to the high speed rail station (to go back to Shanghai).  As I said, the price is high for what you get at this location so do some homework and make sure you know what you are looking for.

Hotel room is very pretty, and it is well maintained. Thanks to Xiao Hua who is our main person in charge throughout our trip. They provide top notch services. Will definitely be back again if i go again. Thanks to the friendly team as well.

An absolutely delightful experience at Wuzhen Shinetown clubhouse. Staff were amazingly attentive and welcoming. I had just stayed at the JW Marriott in Shanghai and I can confidently say their service is superior. Clubhouse is located in a very central location in Wuzhen so access to everything was super convenient. The restaurant food was one of the other highlight of the stay. Even if you don’t stay I highly recommend you make a special trip to their restaurant.

行館是景區內最好的住宿，收了原來大宅子改造的酒店，服務非常nice，但是因為盛庭裝修所以升級到錦堂，管家會提前聯繫報備並且出來全程送到房間，非常細緻。 你會從西柵大街無數次路過他，小小的招牌並不顯眼，但是一進入大堂就別有洞天，地面全部是大理石，彰顯豪華品質。服務員永遠是微笑和你好掛在嘴邊，真的是客户至上。 🍒房間裏有歡迎水果，讓人倍感温馨 ✅服務員會熱情送上蒸汽眼罩，緩解旅途勞累 🍱早餐是半自助 有粥品 麪包 果汁等可自取，但是單點的如燒賣 黃魚麪 煎蛋都十分好吃，尤其是黃魚麪是剔骨的，非常貼心 味道也很棒 酒店中餐廳在烏鎮也備受好評 住店客人可九折 味道也不錯 晚上問服務員要了泡腳桶 一應俱全 此外戴森吹風機 歐舒丹洗浴用品 一次性泡澡袋和浴鹽等能想到的都有，驚喜的一次性數字竟然是木質的，有品質 是我住過服務最細緻和周到的酒店 以後來烏鎮會再選行館

烏鎮錦堂行館 NT$6770 原為烏鎮盛庭行館，因施工而升等，從一進去的迎賓茶與水果，精緻的房間，窗外的景致，冬日是蘿蔔田，晚上還有客房泡腳桶，早餐是中美式點餐吃到飽，黃魚麵如豚骨湯美味!餐點選擇性多又精緻，還有免排隊的定勝糕，酸奶穀物甜甜脆脆的，一切享受尊榮待遇❣ 錦宴•匠心浙菜 價錢高級，蟹粉龍蝦燴豆腐太下飯，每口都滑嫩又飽滿❣

舊店裝修，升級到新店，環境非常非常好，服務非常好，小李管家又温柔又貼心，入住有水果，甜點，還有夜床服務，逛累了回來泡腳，舒服貼心。還有早餐也是非常贊。以後再來還是選擇這間，所有的工作人員都很好。十分好評 服務：很好 設施：很好 衞生：很好 環境：很多

因盛庭升級維修，最後入住錦堂行館，體驗感極佳，入住了一間臨水陽台的房間，管家小鄧很熱心，服務熱情，行館的早餐味道不錯，吃的光盤，推薦酸湯牛肉麪很黃魚麪，自費也體驗了一下早茶客，體驗了兩邊的早餐。烏鎮總體給我的感覺很舒服，酒店更是加分項。

服務非常好，我們帶小孩行李很多酒店還聯繫管家來接我們，幫忙運送行李非常貼心。入住也很順利，前台人員和所有遇到的服務人員都很熱情周到。房間很大，套房是雙層，床品很舒適裝修風格也很美，在烏鎮度過了愉快的一晚，感謝所有工作人員～

服務非常不錯，在旅途前就已經有私人管家聯繫確認到達時間，並提前等待，在這裏十分感謝這次行程的管家李玲芳女士，下車後領着我們直接去乘坐了擺渡車，省去了很多麻煩，顧客至上的宗旨貫徹整個行程始終，且酒店的環境與設施都非常不錯，同樣位於烏鎮中心地帶

這次因為盛庭在維護，烏鎮官方幫我們免費升級到了錦堂行館，錦堂和盛庭都是由大户人家的老宅院改造而成，既能感受古色古香又有現代化的方便，不管是設備，餐食還是服務都很高端，錦堂管家餘敏小姐姐非常熱情與我們對接，積極幫我們解決旅途中遇到的各種問題，很貼心，這次出遊體驗滿分💯

這次烏鎮之行非常滿意！錦堂行館環境非常舒適，推窗看出去的是龍形田，雖然現在還沒有油菜花開，但是空氣非常清新，很安靜。同時又位於主幹道上，上那裡都方便。早餐和下午甜湯也很美味，吃得飽飽的。行程管家瑤瑤非常耐心回答問題，還前往遊客服務中心等待，一路上一邊提着行李一邊熱情介紹烏鎮。下次再來烏鎮還會選擇入住這裏！

本來定的是盛庭行館的高級大床房，但由於酒店問題，主動給我們升級了價格更高的錦堂行館庭院景觀房，然後還幫我們安排了一間景觀非常好的房間。自駕開到烏鎮，有管家在車庫等我們，全程幫提行李，入住有現泡的洛神花茶和熱乎的擦手巾，到了房間有歡迎甜品，客房服務有求必應。出門遊玩會主動幫忙開門，熱心的指路，總體感覺非常好。我們帶了小朋友，本來夜床服務衹有兩個泡腳桶，又幫我們加了一個。早茶客酒店入住客人無限刷單，走的時候行李幫忙託運到服務中心。休息的好，住在景區，又享受了特別靜謐的早晨。下次來烏鎮，一定還會選擇這家。

酒店位置就在景區內，出行十分方便，老房子古色古香，早餐質量也很好
