Das Zimmer war großartig mit einer unglaublichen Aussicht, aber am Sonntagmorgen um 9:30 Uhr begann der Reinigungsdienst mit seiner Arbeit und machte einen Lärm, der uns keine Ruhe ließ, Staubsauger, Stimmen, Bewegungen von Autos im Flur ... eine Katastrophe Das hat uns die ganze Zeit wach gehalten. Als wir gingen, verabschiedete sich die Rezeptionistin nicht einmal und als wir einen Kaffee trinken wollten, war die Cafeteria geschlossen.

Die Einrichtungen sind etwas heruntergekommen, aber die Zimmer sind groß, insgesamt sauber und ordentlich und der Service des Personals ist sehr gut. Sehr gut geeignet für Selbstfahrertouren, das Hotel verfügt über viele Parkplätze.

Wenn Sie ein Auto haben, empfehle ich dieses Hotel. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist großartig. Auch das Hotelzimmer und das Badezimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet.

This is a terrible hotel. It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel, more like a 1 star. We arrived to an under whelming welcome, which set the tone for our stay. First the key card wouldn’t work to open the room door and when we eventually got into the room, the electricity wouldn’t work. This was a continuous problem throughout our 3 day stay. The electricity kept tripping. The sockets in the room were downright dangerous as they were falling off the wall. Most of the walls had damp coming up through them. The place was absolutely filthy. We were unfortunate enough to try breakfast the first morning and it was horrible. The coffee tasted like ditchwater. The food provided was very basic and very low quality. We went to check out the pool and it had bird poo all around the edges with no sun loungers. This hotel is in need of a complete renovation and new management.

Lovely comfy bed, great views and very clean. Our only complaint but quite a major one for us is that there are no vegetaran options in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend this hotel though. Well positioned on the edge of town.

Good hotel with great views over Toledo. Lovely pool a short walk across the car park. Taxi into old town ranged from 8-11 euro. Breakfast extra and quite expensive at €17 per head. A special mention for the young man on reception, forgot to get his name. His English was very good and he was very helpful and friendly.

Hotel freezing in these winter months as many Spanish hotels are, no Wi-Fi in room 103 even though full Wi-Fi in restaurant 30 yards away.The bathroom is shoddy for a 140euro room, shower cold , luckily bath water warm, grouting needs sorting, fittings falling off . Restaurant ok ,not a good value hotel

We revisited the hotel on our way to the Picos de Europa and it was as good as the previous visit. We had a lovely dinner in the hotel, the food was delicious and we enjoyed sitting outside the dining room with our wine and coffee looking over Toledo. The staff were efficient and polite and restaurant staff were very courteous

I wouldn't consider this a 5 star hotel, the views and surroundings are great, but that's about it. The hotel needs a proper renovation, the furniture is outdated and with clear marks of usage, musty and dust covering a lot of areas. The entire place gives a 70s vibe, and not in the good way. The worse bit for me is how poorly sound proofed the rooms are. The corridors' floors are tiled but there's a wide gap between tiles, so when people walk around carrying luggage, it sounds like a freight train just passing outside the room. Not great when that happens early in the morning. The breakfast and restaurant are ok, and most of the staff are nice.
