This hotel is placed in the middle of the hustling bustling area of Piplod , Dumas and very close to malls theaters, shopping centers and street food. The hotel is managed by the IHCL group of hotels which also owns the Taj , true to their name , the service , cleanliness and all aspects are great. Staff are very friendly and ready to help , I stayed in one of those luxury rooms and it’s worth the money. The breakfast has a great choice of delights and they also serve methi water and health foods , Srimantha and Surkshata are always there to welcome you to ask your room number and place you a seat. Very helpful for all especially senior citizens and they do a great job. If you want me to be critical, the only negative I found is that their billing takes quite ling and that can irritate you , may be because of their servers or other factors.

It was an extremely wonderful and comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and supportive. Particularly Miss Sheela helped in timely reservations. Ambience inside the hotel is pleasent and cleanliness is also upto the mark. Recommended for stay.
