６ Ich lebe mit einem Monatsältesten Kind. Die Lage ist sehr gut, in der Nähe der Talstation. Ich habe ein Babybett zwischen den beiden geplatzt und dann mit einem Babywagen ins Zimmer gefahren, aber ich kann die Zeit nicht so schnell verbringen. Ich habe vorzeitig einen Kleidungssammel vorbereitet, um zusätzliche Kleidung zu erhalten, die das Gepäck verringern helfen. Im Zimmer sind auch Ladegeräte installiert und es gibt viele Modelle, die Android und iPhone kompatibel sind. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, aber der Ort ist etwas klein, so dass es ein bisschen schwierig ist, Kinder in den Laden zu bringen.

A space for me to come back to rest. There was a day where the air con had some issues and I woke up sweaty even though I was wearing light clothing. The level was a smoking room as they did not have non smoking rooms available. The moment the lift opened, the smell was just present in the whole walkway to my room.

Ich reservierte ein Zimmer und es war sehr sauber und komfortabel, das U-Bahn-Station in der Nähe. Das Personal war hilfreich und freundlich, das Frühstück war faire kontinentale Preis und das Hotel war nahe dem Tokyo Dome, wo ich in der Mall kaufen genossen hatte. Es war nahe Ueno und einfach für mich, um über Tokyo zu kommen. Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war für die früheren Veranstaltungen in Japan nach nicht betriebenen Zuglinien von Typhoon Hagibis, die einige meiner Reisepläne geändert haben. Hotel staff have provide great service. But the facilities inside the hotel room was 0/100. The air condition was useless you can’t change the temperature and it keep feel like 30’c. Also the bad was terrible you can’t even have enough support when you sleeping. I have book this hotel for 4 night and each night I was keep regret. The staff service is 100/100 helpful and happy to service you. But the room facilities is speechless. The location of the hotel is good at least you can just go down have shopping inside sunshine city. But at the end I will not choose this hotel anymore if it still haven’t change any facilities By the way the refrigerator was small too you max can put 6-7 500ml bottles inside then it will be full

Die Tür des Wenhua Hotels ist sehr  schwer zu finden, die Klimaanlage hat auch wenn der Wind zum kleinsten geöffnet wird, es gibt keinen Wäscheraum Wow, die Wang kann in der Wange stehen, das Wasser wird aus der Wange gespült, die Wange ist ohne Deckel,  Die Zahnwasche kann die Menschen auf der Wange sehen. Auch wenn es viele leere Sitze gibt, müssen Sie geduldig warten, den Kellner zu langsam arrangieren, Bewegung  zu langsam. Vorteile: Das Xijiang Essen ist gut, das Zimmer ist sauber, die Landschaft ist schön, im Allgemeinen nicht wert. Morgens ist 6-9:00, 37. Stock,  Spa kostenlos. Die Straßen in der Nähe des Hotels sind sehr schön., die drei in der Nähe und andere Handelsplätze sind auch sehr bequem zu schließen.  Die Frühstückswahl ist nicht so reichhaltig, aber es reicht. 

Aman Tokyo stellt einen neuen Standard für außergewöhnliche harte Produkte fest. Trotz eines Unglücks an unserer ersten Nacht, als wir von dem Abendessen zurückkehrten, um unser Zimmer unrein zu finden, hat der Front Desk Manager unverzüglich entschuldigt und erhielt erstmals Komplimentargetränke. Der Haushalter hat uns auch persönlich am Frühstück entschuldigt und mit bedenklichen Gesten wie einem Obstfleck und kostenlosen Waschbecken geduschen. Hiernach war unser Aufenthalt schuldlos. Aman Tokyo verfügt über ein erstaunliches Design und Architektur und eine strategische Lage in der Nähe von Otemachi Station, Tokio Station, Imperial Palace und Ginza. Sein erstaunliches Atrium lässt einen dauerhaften Eindruck. Die großzügigen Zimmer, beginnend mit 70 Quadratmetern, haben überall hohe Decken mit unvergesslichen Blicken auf die Imperial Gardens aus dem Bett. Auch der retractable TV zeigt seine gedankevolle Design, die Gäste mit einem unverhinderten Blick auf die Tokio-Skyline. Das Hotel hat sich auch sehr bemerkenswert gefallen. Einen komplimentären Hotelwagentransfer nach der Station Tokyo, während er von einem anderen Mitarbeiter begleitet wird, der die zusätzlichen Meile gegangen ist, um unsere Tickets zu kaufen, unser Gepäck mit der Plattform, unser Gepäck auf dem Zug zu lagern und uns zu unseren Sitzplätzen. Zweifellos kommt dieser Luxus in Aman Tokyo zu einem Preis. Allerdings bietet er den gesuchten Wow-Faktor, für den seine Preise befehlen. After all, Tokyo ist eine der teuersten Städte der Welt. Von der großen Lobby bis zum Einladenspool und geräumigen Zimmern ist das Hotel auf vielen Ebenen beeindruckt. Es ist jedoch von entscheidender Bedeutung, die Erwartungen zu bewältigen. Es wäre unrealistisch, die übliche Aman-Typ-Service, die häufig mit ihren anderen Eigenschaften verbunden ist, deren Zimmerzahlen viel kleiner sind, zu erwarten. Während die ursprüngliche Ungerechtigkeit bedauerlich war, überstieg die anschließende persönliche Aufmerksamkeit und sorgfältige Service die Erwartungen eines Stadthotels mit 80 Zimmern. Ob dies aufgrund des ursprünglichen Missverständnisses oder aufgrund ihrer üblichen Standards ist noch unbekannt, was einen weiteren Aufenthalt bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Tokyo rechtfertigt.

Wir haben eine frühe Eincheckung beantragt, als unser rotes Auge früh am AM angelandet wurde. Wir wurden die Standardansprechung, keine Garantie, da es von der Verfügbarkeit abhängt, aber wir werden unser Bestes versuchen. Als wir an der Tokio-Bahnhof ankamen, traf uns jemand aus Shangri La auf der Bahnhofsplattform und begleitete uns zum Hotel. Das ist hilfreich, da wir nicht einfach zu finden wären, wenn wir beurteilt, wie groß der Bahnhof ist. Nach der Ankunft, Herr Matthias, GM begrüßte uns warm und erfreut uns mit Nachrichten, dass unser Zimmer bereit war. Er dauerte Zeit, uns kennenzulernen und gab gute Restaurant-Empfehlungen. Jeder, den wir getroffen haben, serviert aus dem Herzen. Service war hervorragend. Schreien Sie nach Frau Morita Kinuka von Concierge ging oben und darüber, um uns bei unseren Reiseplänen und Buchungen zu helfen. Sie ist schnell und effizient. Haushaltung fabulös. Zimmer sehr sauber, alles funktionierte gut. Wir genossen unser Frühstück. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet Ihnen eine gute Unterkunft.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Lage ist sehr praktisch. Besonderer Dank geht an das Personal an der Rezeption. Der Service ist sehr enthusiastisch und es gibt eine Dame, die Chinesisch spricht. Wir ließen ein Kleidungsstück im Hotel zurück und das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfreich, mich zu kontaktieren und es mir per Post zuzusenden. Vielen Dank!

Getting there Getting to the hotel from narita airport, you can take the keisei skyliner to change at Nippori at the Yamamote line to change and stop at Takanobaba and change to another train Seibu Shinjuku station. It will be a few minutes walk to the hotel from there. Very convenient. To go back to the airport, book yourself an express bus directly at the lobby entrance (QR code is there) with a screen on the departure timing to various airports so you don’t have to lug your luggage. Stay Luxurious hotel right smack in the middle of all the action, eateries, shopping, etc. I stayed for 7 nights at the premier suite which I believe had one of the best views around this area. Room is spacious for Japanese standards. And the 2 toilets and 2 bath is something we really appreciate. Amenities are all given, and you have everything in the room, including a Marshall Bluetooth speaker. Staff are friendly and eager to help during check in etc. I did not have much chance to interact with them since I also did not book one with breakfast. One tip is the enter the hotel through Starbucks directly downstairs, instead of going one round to enter the lobby. Just cut through Starbucks and go down the stairs immediately and make a left turn to the lobby. Afterthoughts Good and new hotel in an excellent location. Some things will need to be improved, out of the 7 nights, I only request for rooms to be cleared twice. The first time, housekeeping forgot to refill my towels after removing them, forgot to refill our drinking waters and even left a dirty tshirt in my toilet that don’t belong to me. I believe that could be used by them to clean the toilet, else no reasons someone’s dirty tshirt is found and left in my toilet. Should have definitely used a cleaner rag to clean up the toilet. I did not crate a fuss about it but just took the tshirt out of the room since it is a new hotel that just opened for one week and all staff are new too. But this should not happen next time again, especially since this is a suite booking. P/S check out Ichiran 3 mins walk away and the 24 hours Don Quixote too.

This review will be hard to write, it's a very nice hotel but I also find it hard to recommend to tourists. Room: The Tokyo Tower view room is very pretty at night. The bed is comfy. I don't like having the closet on the opposite end of the sleeping area though, I find that very inconvenient when packing/getting ready. And for a hotel that opened in 2016, that TV is tiny and needs to be larger. The Aesop products are nice, and come in big bottles with pumps (which I prefer over tiny bottles). They also have the coolest slippers! Service: Concierge helped me reserve dinner, and had confirmation letter ready at check-in. Check-in/out was fast and easy. They offer free HH in lounge, I was pleasantly surprised to find live performance! Food offering during HH is pretty basic, but that's ok because I'd rather be eating in the city anyways. Evening turndown service could be enhanced a bit, may need to borrow a page from your colleagues at Grand Hyatt ;) Location: This is the one thing that truly sucks about this place for tourists. Toranomon Hills is a very business-heavy area, a ghost town after 6 p.m. There's no department stores, no shopping, only two convenience stores nearby, barely any dining options after 9 p.m. To do anything you'll need to get on a subway/taxi from hotel. The walk to the subway station is frankly a little longer than I like, but it's indoor underground which is nice for cold and rainy days. Overall, I would recommend a stay here if you're on a work trip and your office is in the area. Or you just have to check this place off your bucket list because of its design or the room with Tokyo Tower view. As a typical tourist in Tokyo who values convenience and accessibility to restaurants and shopping, I probably won't be back. It's a shame because this place has so much potential if it was in a better area, but I guess you can't have it all!
