Absolutely No Customer Service! This is shocking for a Japanese chain. They literally do not have anyone staffed at the hotel. You check in with a tablet and they give your door access code. There was a glitch with the code for us so there was no one there to support us. There was English instructions on who to call for help (5 different ways to contact them). Only one method worked and that person did not speak english. This hotel chain caters to english speakers as everything was in english except the staff. The check in process took over an hour of us trying to communicate with the Japanese staff. Ok, on check out, we left an item in the room. We tried calling them again to see if we can pick up the missing item. Each time we called, they hung up on us. 3 days later, we swung my the hotel and saw a cleaning person. It was the cleaning person who helped us recover our item, not the hotel's customer service. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The amount of work trying get hold of any of the staff is too much trouble for this place for the rate they were charing compared to other better hotels in the area.
