Das Zimmer ist klein, die Lage ist hervorragend, das Servicepersonal verfügt über ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse und insgesamt ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis durchschnittlich. Sehr amerikanischer Stil, wählen Sie sorgfältig aus, wenn Sie Ruhe mögen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und kann zu den Mahlzeiten bestellt werden.

Das Hotel liegt am Ende der Cat Street und ist sehr praktisch zum Einkaufen in Omotesando, Harajuku und Shibuya. Die Außenwände des Hotels sind das ganze Jahr über mit Grünpflanzen gepflegt und ein bekannter lokaler Treffpunkt. Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind allesamt junge Leute aus aller Welt und ihre Servicekonzepte sind sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist mit einem zukunftsweisenden Designkonzept für junge Leute konzipiert. Die Ausstattung ist relativ einfach und der Raum ist relativ klein. Für ältere Menschen oder gemeinsam reisende Familien ist es nicht sehr geeignet.

Es ist ziemlich gut. Es ist einfach und praktisch. Es ist das erste Mal, dass ich auf Reisen Überstunden mache.

房間佈置、早餐服務等和傳統五星及以上酒店有差異，但酒店整體給人很有活力和年輕的感覺，嘗試一下也不錯。酒店地理位置好，逛街非常方便。我們入住的房間比另一家trunk大很多，但我更喜歡另一家的房間風格。

非常具有設計感的酒店，酒店房間不大但是設施齊全，位置在表參道附近，適合逛街。樓下的餐廳、酒吧、燒鳥屋也都不錯。下次去東京還會選擇這家。

酒店環境幽雅，很安靜，特別是早晨陽光從窗照進，非常棒，適合睡個懶覺。周邊非常好逛。

A fantastic hotel in Shibuya with superb service. We were upgraded to the most amazing suite I could imagine (the Dining Suite), which had a full kitchen with tepanyaki grill, dining room, sitting area, loft, beautiful bedroom (with pyjamas), WIR and bathroom. It was so beautiful I wanted to live there forever. The breakfasts were superb and the bar and restaurant excellent in every way. The young staff were attentive and full of enthusiasm. It was a wonderful experience I will never forget- the best hotel at which I have ever stayed.

This is a trendy hotel, but unfortunately we feel as those the positive reviews are miss leading. The hotel lobby is literally like a train station. It is FULL with young people on laptops. Also beware that on weekends there are often weddings, so it was very busy with guests on the night we stayed as well. I t is not a very authentic hotel compared to other places we stayed in tokyo, so it depends what you are looking for. On top of this, the rooms were tiny for the price! We stayed in tokyo at the Muji hotel in Ginza with was far superior to this hotel & cheaper for a bigger room. The positive was that the staff were attentive, but it didn't really make up for all the disruptions. We were really excited to stay here, but were extremely disappointed. We only stayed for one night so it was ok, but would have been disappointed if we had stayed for any longer.

Just love this place. It's so unique. From the pajamas to the drink's in the fridge. I also loved the vegan breakfast in the restaurant. They were also really great to my son when I had to step out for a meeting. We will definitely go back. The location is great too.

We decided to spend our last night of our 10 day Japan trip at Trunk Hotel before heading home to California. We felt very welcomed and attended to at every stop. Upon arrival, they carried our luggage to the room. They personally escorted us around the building grounds then up to our room and answered any questions we might’ve had, very cute touch. The night and morning bartenders were the stars of the show. They had no issue working up beautiful and delicious off-menu cocktails. Breakfast was light, flavorful, and filling. Perfect before our long flight home. The rooms were quant, very clean, and had a nice boutique vibe. Out of the 5 premium hotel/ryukan’s we stayed at, none had much in the way of clothing storage. I assume it could be a cultural difference. Regardless, that did not take away from our experience. It was a beautiful and warm way to end an above and beyond vacation!
