Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, die Verkehrsanbindung ist bequem, weitere nennenswerte Vorteile gibt es nicht. Hygiene: Die Reinigung war nicht sorgfältig. Am Tag des Eincheckens wurden Essensreste in einer Ecke des Bodens gefunden und auf den Gazevorhängen befand sich eine Schicht Staub und Flusen. Am Tag der Abreise habe ich das festgestellt Diese beiden Orte waren immer noch schmutzig. Es scheint, dass die Bettwäsche und Bettdecken bei Bedarf alle 3 Tage gewechselt werden können? Standardmäßig wird das Bett nicht gemacht, wenn etwas darauf liegt. Grundsätzlich heißt es jeden Tag, Handtücher, Zahnpasta und Zahnbürste zu wechseln, den Müll rauszubringen und der Boden und die Tischplatten wurden nicht gereinigt. Ausstattung: Der Raum ist klein. Das Fensterglas ist mit einer Milchglasschicht beklebt, und nur ein Schlitz kann geöffnet werden. Vom Schlitz aus ist die Außenseite die Außenwand des Gebäudes nebenan; manchmal weht nach dem Öffnen des Fensters ein Geruch von öligem Rauch herein, und das Fenster kann nicht zum Lüften geöffnet werden. Es gibt nur vier Kleiderbügel und etwas Platz zum Aufhängen von Kleidung. Nachdem die Kiste im Bodenraum ausgebreitet ist, ist ein Begehen nicht mehr möglich. Die klappbare Tischplatte ist sehr klein und man kann darauf nichts abstellen. Die hoteleigenen Waschmaschinen und Trockner verfügen über Münzautomaten, sind jedoch schmutzig und müssen gereinigt werden, weshalb sie nicht zu empfehlen sind. In der Lobby im ersten Stock gibt es eine Kaffeemaschine, die kostenlos genutzt werden kann, was nicht schlecht ist. Die Schlafqualität ist hier nicht so gut. Vor dem Fenster steht eine Maschine, bei der es sich möglicherweise um einen Blasebalg handelt. Nachts ist es sehr laut, auch bei geschlossenem Fenster ist ein lautes Summen zu hören. Die Schalldämmung der Zimmertür ist schlecht und es ist sehr deutlich zu hören, wenn im Flur Geräusche zu hören sind.

Location is great. 1min to the train station and the various train lines takes to easily to popular places like Ginza, Shibuya, Asakusa and Shinjuku. I booked a bigger room so space wise is great I have sufficient space to open 2 big luggages. The room was bare minimum clean however the toilet had a really weird musky smell.  **please beware But I was very upset with their security /housekeeping. It wasn’t cleaned properly and the 3rd day when they changed my sheets they left my door opened the whole day when I was out. When I came back, the door was left opened with the lock hinge on. Imagine my shock. Anyone could have just push open my door to take anything from my room. I informed the front desk and all they did was to apologize. There after I put do not disturb and no longer trusted the security of the hotel.  Out of the 3 hotels I stayed during my Japan trip this had the worst Sercurity and housekeeping. The lifts could be accessed by anyone without tapping key card. Other than the location that was perfect and of cos the price was reasonable, I don’t think I will stay there again.

Room too small for 2. Especially if you have big luggage, hardly open and walk....

Great location , only a few minutes walking to the red and Ginza lines . Small but pretty clean rooms .

A fairly inexpensive option located very downtown. The rooms are small, but clean and functional. Overall not a bad choice if you need to be downtown Tokyo.

Hotel area is convenient, having many restaurants and convenience stores around. Metro is well connected. But room is not clean enough.

A bit smaller room than other hotel but the room is quite new and clear so I give credit on that! Front desk service has good English skill but a little rough on speaking. Notice that be respectful to your customer so they come back. Location is great

Best location for biz travelers. Hotel located at the heart of Akasaka food street with few minutes walk to couple subways

Love the location - near Metro, restaurants, combini, McDonald's, Starbucks, Wendy's, even Harry Potter Cafe is nearby! Room size is adequate for 2 adults and 1 child. Pajamas, toothbrushes, towels replaced every single day! No extra pillow though. Free donuts (2 per person), coffee and tea. Can borrow umbrella, store luggages and can use airporter for luggage forwarding. Staff are respectful and can speak English. Will recommend and definitely come back when in Tokyo!
