Das Tokyo East Side Hotel Kaie hat mich rundum beeindruckt. Die Zimmer waren tadellos sauber und die Mitarbeiter äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders hat mich die Zimmerausstattung überrascht - neben einer Kaffeemaschine und einem Wasserkocher gab es sogar einen Eisbehälter und ein Fußmassagegerät. Täglich wurden die Wasserflaschen aufgefüllt. Obwohl das Hotel in der Nähe einer stark befahrenen Eisenbahnlinie liegt, drangen keine Geräusche nach innen. Die Lage direkt neben einem Bahnhof ermöglichte eine schnelle Anbindung zum Bahnhof Tokio und zum Tokio Disneyland Resort in nur 9 Minuten. Der Flughafen Haneda war mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und mehrmaligem Umsteigen in etwa 1 Stunde erreichbar. Es gab auch einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. I was thoroughly impressed with the Tokyo East Side Hotel Kaie. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. What exceeded my expectations was the room amenities - in addition to a coffee machine and kettle, there was even an ice container and a foot massage device. The water bottles were replenished daily. Despite being located near a heavily trafficked railway line, no noise penetrated into the rooms. The hotel's proximity to a train station allowed for quick access to Tokyo Station and the Tokyo Disneyland Resort in just 9 minutes. The Haneda Airport could be reached with public transportation and multiple transfers in about 1 hour. There were also some shopping options nearby. 東京イーストサイドホテルカイエには、感動しました。部屋は非常に清潔で、スタッフの方々も親切で気配りが素晴らしかったです。特に驚いたのは、部屋の設備です。コーヒーメーカーや湯沸かし器だけでなく、アイスコンテナや足のマッサージ機まで備えられていました。毎日ボトルの水が補充されました。騒々しい鉄道路線の近くに位置していながら、部屋の中には一切騒音が入りませんでした。ホテルは駅のすぐ近くにあり、東京駅や東京ディズニーリゾートまでわずか9分でアクセスできます。羽田空港も公共交通機関と乗り換えを数回することで約1時間で到着できました。近くにはいくつかのショッピング施設もあります。

Stay in a quiet and comfortable place. It’s just two stations away from Tokyo Station and near Disneyland. You’ll find plenty of manga to read while waiting for your laundry to be done!

Absolute best location. 3 stops to Tokyo Station which takes you anywhere. Supermarket, 24 hr eatery and train station virtually right beside the hotel. Very quiet area despite being beside the train station. Spacious room, sparkling clean. Love the bath tub and the separate toilet (so everyone can get ready in the morning faster). Comes with everything and the extras you could possibly ask for, including shoe dryer, microwave, ice making machine etc. Best hotel we stayed in Tokyo so far. Will repeat the next visit.

Very clean, quiet and nice service. Much better than you can imagine. The location is a bit far from central places but there’s a subway station right in front which takes you to Tokyo station within 20mins.

Quiet location. Unfortunately the whole corridor could hear some Taiwan guests chatting and laughing as they kept their room door open.

3 stations from disneyland. Hotel had full room amenities bar. Took some kids bath sponges, diaper waste bag which comes really handy. Room size was decent as further away from city area. I did have issues which i find very unpleasant was that there were rooms were available for early check in, at additional 3000 yen per hour. And no eating allowed in hotel lobby which I can understand but at least have a place where guests can eat cause the checkin time 3pm is late and travelling with young toddler isnt easy. We ended up paying 3000yen for the early check in just so our toddler can have a sandwich legitly. The weather outside was 0 degrees btw so wasnt the most comfortable place for a quick bite.

非常差。 每个方面都很差。 不好。 不推荐。 From every perspective, this hotel doesn’t provide anything which would satisfy a customer’s needs. Also they aren’t friendly at all. Inconvenient overall. Really bad.

Three stops from the Tokyo station-if this is no problem for you, it is a great place to stay.

Excellent location to visit Disneyland and right next to the metro station. Cannot ask for more!! Wonderful experience.

Hotel is clean and neat. Very near to JR train and disneyland. Nearby food is nice and good. Convenient stores around. Recommend to stay.

Absolute favorite.Location is infront JR station with sushi restaurant, nakau, supermarket just within walking distance. Direct like to Tokyo station, Disneyland, Mitsui Outlet.Free flow amenities, got laundry, atm machine, currency converter. SO GOOD.

Great value for money. My son was thrilled to have ice cream for breakfast, and I enjoyed taking a bath with salt every evening. There is a variety of bath salts available at the reception.

Location is great. Good location when you plan to go Disneyland. Only 3 stops JE line.
