Excellent location just opposite to the train station. Easy to take any transportation what ever you want to go. We booked a family room with four beds. The room was quite big in Tokyo. The mattress and pillows are super comfortable. That is really surprised me. Staff are friendly and helpful. The house keeping made our room very cleanliness every day. We'll stay again soon !!

So near to Tokyo Station ! Free drinks at the lobby. But very very small room, not suitable to those having big suitcases.

The location is great, within 5 minutes walk from Tokyo station and Daimaru. The rooms are small with tiny bathroom but I guess that's common for smaller hotels in Tokyo. The coin laundry on the 3rd floor is a big plus. The hotel is clean and neat, the overall services are great. The only complaint I have is the carpets in the elevators which seemed hadn't been washed for a long time, they looked dirty and actually stinky.

Great customer services with helpful advice from the front desk. They offered a full range of amenities and refreshment for guests. Everything was good during our stay there.

A simple but comfortable hotel within walking distance from Tokyo Stn. Free softdrinks and candy most of the day is offered in the lobby. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have no complaints really.

The hotel is very good location near Tokyo and Nihombashi stations.

Good location and they even provide free hot and cold drinks such as Coca Cola and coffee at the hotel lobby for hotel guests ! The only not so good thing is the room size is quite small and price is on the high side for such a small room.

location not far from JR Tokyo Station (5 minutes walk - exit from Yaseo North Exit of JR Station. While work out the JR building, crosse the street then turn left about 100-ft at 2nd traffic light, go into the ally at your right hand you can see the hotel sign). Hotel is just simple as Motel-6 you can have all thing in basic quality. Breakfast is really nothing. Though JY$500 coupon can not eat much in JR Station basement, but might be better choice. Lobby offer free drink fountain. Raining day offer umbrella is helpful. Most rooms face next building wall, in front of your window - so totally have no view at all. But sink, toilet, bath are separated to save space for more convenience.

Everything was excellent!!! Location was so convenient and easy to find, staff was so helpful and friendly, free skincare & drinks pantry, very clean rooms and pretty spacious for a Tokyo hotel!! The bathroom is a bit small but overall both the room and staff are very nice.

We got this room for 2A1C, husband called to ask for extra set of toothbrush as there were only 2. Their amenities cart did not provide for toothbrush/toothpaste, but he was told to take it himself downstairs at the lobby. Amenities cart included hair tie, shower cap, hair brush, soap but not toothpaste/toothbrush. Lifts too long as well. Other than that, everything else was ok.

We had connecting rooms which gave is a bit of space. The hotel is right across from the Tokyo Station on one side and Nihonbashi on the other side. Convenient and easy to navigate around Tokyo. Rooms were fair size for Tokyo although bath stall is a tight squeeze. Overall a good stay
