The hotel is excellent. No matter where you want to go, it's incredibly convenient👍. The area around the hotel is full of food options, and there’s a train station nearby🚅. If you walk a bit further, you’ll find Ueno Zoo. I highly recommend it, especially for those traveling in groups. The room is comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. I love it soooo much🫶💓

Spacious for 4 ppl travellong and good hygiene. Although it's a bit far from Uneo station, it's acceptable.

Our family of four recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mimaru Tokyo Ueno North Hotel, and it turned out to be the perfect fit for us! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the family-friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff. The family apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. With a fully functional kitchen, comfy beds, and plenty of space for everyone, it felt like a home away from home. The kids especially loved their bunk beds and I was able to use the local fresh ingredients to make breakfast for my famiy. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to help. Whether it was guiding us to local attractions, arranging transportation, or simply providing extra towels, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel, staff members are super friendly and service was great!

Very clean and tidy. Close to Ueno station and convenient. Just five minutes walk to Ueno Park. Convenient store just around the corner and a 24hr open supermarket just 10 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants and shops around Ueno stations that open till mid-night. Definitely good stay for family with children.

I ask for late check out at 12:00pm, but they did not accept it. Just FYI

The location is great, it located at a very quite street, within a walking distance to the main street and only 5 minutes' walk from the subway, the hotel room is very good for family with small kids, they love the bunk bed

酒店位置距離地鐵有點遠，如果當天行程很滿的話，回酒店的路確是有點辛苦，但酒店很乾淨，而且有廚房設備，但日常用品沒有提供，但對於家庭旅遊的話，房間有四張床是足夠住的，去上野公園或者動物園，去阿美橫町都算係一個不錯旅遊地點。

非常方便，鄰近地鐵站，也是個好買好逛的大商圈🥳

這家酒店位置還算方便，附近有便利店，房間寬敞，開放式廚房和餐桌很實用，整體感覺良好，值得再入住。

離上野站約5分鐘的步行距離，離阿美橫的鬧區較遠。 酒店員工都非常有禮貌，房間的設施也因為是公寓的緣故，備有冰箱、微波爐、電磁爐等煮食用具，在超市買完東西後可帶回酒店加熱。 但酒店的通風系統真的不太好。可能因為鄰近車站，為了防噪沒有可以開的窗戶，房間內的空氣清新機也不太起作用。由於是冬天中央供應暖氣，房間長期好像缺氧的狀態。

房間照片上看起來蠻大的，實際上還是比較小；酒店在第二天是不會換床單床上用品的，這也就算了，關鍵是也不整理，有點過分，性價比不高，下次不會再選這家酒店了
