Alles war gut bis ausgezeichnet, nur die Kommunikation war mangelhaft. Das Hotel verlangt keine Gepäckaufbewahrung; eine klarere Absprache mit dem Gast wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Anstatt zu sagen: „Wir sehen, was wir tun können“, wurde die Annahme schließlich direkt abgelehnt. Das Gepäck mitzuschleppen war sehr lästig.

Location is far from Ueno. Room is ok. Lacking in Amenities, no customer service, self checki, online customer service provide misleading information, no staff to help for baggage storage.

This is my second visit in this hotel but I got a bad experience that I ever had. Please have more training on staff attitude and please remind your staff do not eating when you are talking to guest. Please improve your SELF check in system if you’re mean to be convenient.

Excellent location. Just 1 min walk to Oedo line train station, which easily connects to every key attractions in Tokyo. Check in and check out are self serviced.

Overall the quality of the hotel is worthy of recommendation for a family trip with more people. If the hotel can specify the clear direction from the MRT station in the neighborhood, that would be very helpful. If the hotel can equip the coin luggage service, that would be very convenient because the hotel check-out time is very pretty early by 10 am.

初めてMinnグループに宿泊しました。 コンドミニアムタイプのめちゃくちゃ新しい部屋です。 大きいテーブルやキッチン、シャワールーム 完璧な設備でした。でも少し残念だったのは冷蔵庫の中に前客のお弁当が残っていました。また荷物を預けてことは出来ますが鍵で荷物を止めるタイプでしたが、鍵が無く気になる方はロッカーを借りた方がいいです。でも、Minnのグループに次も宿泊したいです。ありがとうございました。

酒店房間非常迷你 廚房洗衣機該有的是都有了可是沒有多餘位置打開行李 我們把餐桌移動到靠著沙發才勉強有足夠地方 我們2大2小(5/7歲)住有點擠 衛生還需要加強 被褥上找到3根以上頭髮🤢 地點是很方便 附近很多餐廳,步行兩分鐘就是地鐵 住了3晚沒有清潔/換毛巾 後來發現原來住超過6天才會打掃 每天我們都是自己把垃圾放門外以免發臭 還有一點就是不知道是我們不懂操作還是怎麼樣 走廊感應燈不能關掉 如果晚上有人起夜的話 走廊燈(很亮)會照射到睡覺的地方 都會被影響到
