I've experienced the breakfast has been a lot of improvement since my stay last year. With the taste and varieties of drinks and meal. Unfortunately I handle my luggages from the check in to check out. No staff to offer help since I was coming with my toddler. Only the trolley was attended to my request. Then need to manage all by myself

Overall, it was a good experience staying there. Though, cleanliness could be improved.

we got a big room for 2 single beds...not many options you can get for a 'good' hotel in alor setar and vicinity....tomyam restaurants opposite the hotel...self laundry and other amenities within 1 km.... and also the airport is located not to far from this hotel.

Clean and nice room… Near airport, and free shuttle bus.

It is great hotel to stay nearby to the Alor Setar Airport. The rooms are comfortable and neat. Just to add more socket next to the bed then it will be perfect. Psst.. The Juwita Thaifood opposite the hotel provide delicious thaifood.

I spent 2 nights here for my convocation at UUM, very close to the airport cuz I had a morning flight back to KL. This hotel is comfortable

Great Stay at Raia Hotel! Clean, spacious room and friendly staff. The location is convenient, especially near the airport. Breakfast was tasty with good variety. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay — highly recommended!

Good stay, good location especially nearby airport. But need to improve on staff service, which is no staff to open door, and concierge service which is actually basic amenities in the hotel.
