Ein sehr modernes Hotel. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und stets für den Gast da. Hervorzuheben sind die Lage in der Nähe des Zentrums von Tirana und die unglaublich bequemen Betten. Absolut empfehlenswert, wenn Sie Tirana zu einem tollen Preis besuchen möchten.

Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, nehmen Sie es einfach und lassen Sie den Kellner für Sie aufwärmen. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind jedoch etwas veraltet, die Duschdüsen sind schlecht und beeinträchtigen die Nutzung, und die Hoteldekoration ist sehr alt. Aber hier ist eines der wenigen hochwertigen Hotels

Ich habe viele Länder und Hotels aller Art besucht, und ich habe mich einmal um einen ”Late checkout” oder das gleiche ”Late checkout” gebeten, weil mein Flug zu Hause zu spät an diesem Tag geht. In diesem Fall habe ich fast 600€ für fast 2 Nächte gezahlt, es waren 3 Nächte, aber am ersten Abend kam ich um 2 Uhr am Flughafen, also fast 2 Nächte, wenn in Albanien Hotels sehr billig sind, Aber ich habe lieber eine Kette, die ich für den Fall bekannt, greifen, und Wenn ich VERSpätete Checkout 2h beantragt, weil mein Flug um 18:50 Uhr abends ging, ER sagte mir, NOOOO, als das Hotel gerade gestreut war und praktisch leer war!!!!!!!! Ich fand es sehr schlecht, Ich musste durch die Tirana umdrehen und super spät essen, um Zeit bis 16 Uhr, dass ich zum Flughafen ging. Ich befehle das Hotel? Nein!!!! , Ich befehle es wieder??? Nein!!!! , nicht nur deshalb, sondern weil es weit vom Zentrum entfernt ist, ist das Restaurant Terra des Hotels sehr teuer, und Sieh mal, ich bin fast nicht überrascht, aber der Preisunterschied mit dem Rest der Stadt, überraschte mich sehr. Wir bestellen ein Mini-Pig-Süßigkeiten und einen Angus Rib und 2 Wasser, und wir haben 135€ gezahlt, wenn in dem ERA Restaurant, das 50 Meter vom Hotel entfernt ist, TripAdvisor empfiehlt, und kostete uns ein exquisites risotto, und 2 Angus-Kleidung 1.200 Gramm mit Pfeilen- und Gemüsebeschichtung, mehr Brot, mehr 2 Wasser, mehr Pepsi max, OJO 53€, verrückt!!!! Und alles war sehr gut, so dass die Hotelpreise nicht gerechtfertigt sind. Das Hotel ist schön?? Ja!!! , ist es komfortabel??? Ja!!! Es ist fast neu, sie haben es vor kurzem eröffnet, aber das gibt keinen Anspruch auf fünfmal mehr für Essen in ihren Anlagen, es ist 1 km und halb oder mehr von der Skanderbeg-Platz und alles, was man in der Hauptstadt Albaniens besuchen muss. Danke.

We booked a room to ourselves so had separate toilet and shower. Nice room, although barely space to put stuff on but considering the price and location, still excellent value for money. Melissa and her sister (we'd assume she is your sister Melissa, so very sorry if we got it wrong) are very nice, Melissa answered our questions of how to get where and recommended a nice restaurant. No kettle in the room but downstairs kitchen is for shared use - you can borrow cutleries and mugs/glasses, just ensure they are returned promptly. I saw some residents using the cooker etc. to cook meals, but we didn't do that. Guess would be handy. Nowhere to hang up washing in our family room but again, you can borrow coat hangers and there is an airer in the garden, so all basic needs are sorted. All guests we had talked to were very friendly too. If anything during our stay that was a bit strange, may I just mention (politely), was the lady working at the breakfast, I did not get her name because we barely had any conversation with her (as we usually do naturally and pleasantly with other service staff, everywhere we visit), but from our first ever communication with her, we felt that she was not very approachable. We felt as if we were being scrutinised and the contact was just cold, with reflection, we couldn't think of anything that we had done wrong, and deemed ourselves good guests (like we already clean after ourselves and were always polite), and we did not eat a ridiculous amount of food compared to other guests we had observed (it's a breakfast buffet upon booking, right?), so we couldn't think of any reason why we felt the lady was not very willing to help us from our 1st morning in the kitchen (a big contrast to Melissa and her sister). Not sure if there was any miscommunication or simply personal bias, what bothered us more was the lady seemed a lot nicer to some other guests (and when I checked again the reviews, there were lots of nice mentions of the breakfast lady, which just made we feel even worse, though we were not sure if those were talking about the same lady), Anyway, I tried not to take it personal and we had no idea why it made us feel that way, but this was the only thing that made us feel uncomfortable during the stay, every thing else was very good, so overall, we should give a top score. Wir waren zwei Nächte im Pandora und fühlten uns wohl. Die Betten sind weich, wir fanden sie sehr gut. Das Bad hat Marmor-Chic. Der nette Receptionist war sehr hilfreich. Er beschrieb uns die nahe Haltestelle, von wo man das Zentrum innert 10 Minuten erreichen kann (für 0,4 €). Einmal arbeitete seine Mitarbeiterin fürs Frühstück nicht. Wir holten uns bei der Bäckerin gleich nebenan Croissants und Berek, er gab uns Teller und Kaffee. Sehr nett. Wir liessen auch Kleider waschen, was sehr preiswert und rasch erledigt wurde. Die Gegend ums Hotel ist etwas ärmlich, aber harmlos. Wir würden sofort wieder dort buchen.

Struttura ottima, sita in zona molto strategica e smart. Si dorme molto bene, forse le stanze potrebbero avere un mobiletto o un tavolino in piu, ma la scelta soft non è male. Bagno molto tecnologico e bello, molto ben apprezzata anche la larga doccia, finalmente un posto dove puoi regolare l'aria condizionata per davvero e in maniera ergonomica ed efficace. Personale molto disponibile, forse solo la colazione potrebbe essere migliorata: si tiene sul tetto e a livello scenografico è accattivante, peccato non sia ricca e quel caffè ad un euro di sovrapprezzo stona parecchio Ottimo il parcheggio sotto l'hotel, considerando che ci sono multe continue all'esterno

Das Hotel ist etwa 5 Gehminuten vom Intercity-Busterminal entfernt, aber eine Stunde zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum. Also eine gute Lage, wenn Sie einen frühen Bus nehmen müssen oder spät abends ankommen. Das Hotel ist brandneu, daher sind alle Einrichtungen neu und schön. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich. Das Frühstück ist gut. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die Luft im Zimmer etwas stickig ist, da die Temperatur zentral auf „Heizen“ eingestellt ist (obwohl ich „Kühlen“ möchte) und das Personal auch nicht viel tun kann.

We had a wonderful staying at Troci Hotel! Everything was beyond perfect. Rooms were really clean and supplied with everything that was needed. Also, the hotel staff were so so polite and helped us with everything we’ve asked for. 5 stars also for the manager of the hotel, he was very hospitable and made our trip much more enjoyable by offering us tips on what to visit and best restaurants and even helped us with the transportation to Tirana. For sure we will return here!

Das Hotel war großartig. Nahe dem Ayport, einem wunderschönen Pool und einem Restaurant. Erstaunliches Zimmer, das Personal war sehr hilfreich und hat mich sogar für meinen frühen Flug überführt. Nach 6 Jahren im Gastgewerbe arbeitete ich mit dem Professionalität und dem Upgrade, die sie mir angeboten haben, enorm beeindruckt. Ich wünsche mir, dass ich eine Chance hatte, länger mit ihnen zu bleiben. 10/10 würde empfehlen, gut es wert!
