Hotel molto elegante nella zona centrale e della movida di Tirana.colazione a buffet eccellente sia di caldo che freddo.la spa e la piscina riscaldata comprende anche al sauna e La vaca idromassaggio iacuzzi. tutto compreso nel. prezzo della camera senza nessuna limitazione di tempo.le camere spaziose con tutti i confort. Vi ritornerò con piacere al prossimo viaggio in albania

Wir waren im Juni hier. Das Hotel ist einfach toll. Die Zimmer sind groß, die Betten super bequem, die Dusche (Regendusche und Brause per Knopf wechselbar) so wie man sie sich wünscht, das Frühstücksbuffet auf der beschatteten Dachterrasse mit Eiern und Kaffeespezialitäten nach Wunsch, viel frischem Obst, fluffigem Körnerbrot möchte man gar nicht mehr verlassen. Den im Hotelpreis enthaltenen großen Pool, die Salzkristallsauna und den gigantischen Whirpool hatten wir komplett für uns alleine. Das Personal von der Rezeption, über das Restaurant bis zum Concierge (der unser Auto für 4 € pro Nacht perfekt geparkt hat) war ausnahmslos jederzeit zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sucht sicherlich seinesgleichen. Wir wären gerne noch geblieben. Abzüge in der B-Note: Der Aufzug ist etwas langsam und am Sonntag war der schwarze Tee aus (Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau).

das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Tirana, einfach tolle Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal, das Haus ist sehr schick, mein Zimmer war sehr schön und modern, schöne Dusche und großzügiges Badezimmer. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse im 4. Stock war erstklassig, auch dort sehr gutes freundliches und flinkes Personal

Elegantes Hotel, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, super freundliches Rezeptionspersonal, das uns weitere Tips für unsere Albanien Rundreise gegeben hat. Parkplatz für das Auto wurde gut vom Concierge übernommen. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse, empfehlenswertes Hotel.

The hotel is very nice, luxurious and has exceptional staff. Nice location as well. Great rooftop lounge. Easy walk to downtown. I also would like to recognize the doorman Durim who went above and beyond to help me with a wardrobe malfunction one hour before a very important wedding. I have travelled extensively and have never received such an incredible level of service from him. If you come make sure to see him for all your needs.

Very good location. Classic decor. Excellent proportioned rooms. All facilities seemed to be there. Very clean. Breakfast was very average. With so many choices nearby, don't automatically include it in booking. Though there was an exceptional heatwave, the roof top bar was very hot - need to find more ventilation/cooling as we really wanted to spend time there - especially as the staff were so good.

Great standard, cleaness & courtesy. Staff is amazing! The breakfast is rich and well organised, with very attentive and professional waiters. The building is stunning, roof bar and restaurant are elegant and with the right European standard. Luxury hotel

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights wanting some peace and quiet after exploring the city and mountains. The hotel looks very nice when you ses it and the spa area was good . The rooftop bar was a nice place to have a drink however the food was poor and the service very slow . On two of our 3 nights we could here very loud music until gone 2am , we rang down to reception and eventually it stopped . The rooftop bar is very lively at night and I belive they had a function on . Beware If you want a good night's sleep you probably won't get it here . I did make a complaint but nothing was said or done .

I would give it 0 stars if there was an option. Disappointing stay: Aircon and fridge didn't work in sweltering heat 40C, slow staff, poor service, kitsch decor, bad vibes. Beds are uncomfortable, pillows too hard. It is overpriced, not worth the money.

Lovely hotel in Central position. It has a spa and pool. Also a great roof terrace restaurant and bar. Very clean. Rooms are soundproof. Breakfast very good with a wide variety of tasty fresh food. Lovely sitting areas in hotel. It deserves 5 star. Staff are very helpful and have been well trained.
