We arrived at the Nimbus Mykonos Hotel with five friends to celebrate a friend's 50th birthday and were welcomed warmly and with great respect. Initially, one of our rooms was a bit remote and lacked a view, but the attentive staff quickly made up for it by offering us daily transfers to their luxurious sister hotel, MYAKTIS, part of the same fantastic Nimbus chain. The pool, with its sunbeds overlooking the breathtaking blue sea, was a highlight, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms we stayed in were spacious, featuring a bathtub and a jacuzzi on the balcony. Although we encountered a minor issue with the water temperature in the jacuzzi, the room itself was beautiful, with stunning views of the sea and the hotel’s impressive pool. We also appreciated how close our rooms were, allowing us to enjoy time together on the balconies. On behalf of myself and my friends, I want to express our heartfelt thanks to the entire hotel staff and the kind waiters at breakfast and the pool bar. Sehr tolles, neues Hotel mit großem Pool in Mykonos-Stadt. Wir hatten ein großes, gut ausgestattes Zimmer mit eigenem Mini-Pool/Tauchbecken. Das Frühstück (Mini-Buffet + a la Carte) ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend und kümmert sich um alle Anliegen. Der Barkeeper geht auf die Wünsche der Gäste ein und mixt Cocktails nach deren Vorlieben. Mykonos-Stadt ist fußläufig in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar, allerdings muss man auf dem Weg etwas aufpassen, da hier viele Autos fahren. Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Transfer vom/zum Flughafen und Hafen.

Wir waren Ende August 2022 für fünf Tage im Myconian Kyma und müssen sagen (und wir reisen viel): eines der besten Hotels, in denen wir jemals gewohnt haben. Unglaublich aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, die Zimmer mit Meerblick haben eine fantastische Aussicht auf die berühmten Windmühlen und sind geräumig. Die gesamte Anlage ist in einem top-Zustand. Eigentlich gehen wir selten zum Pool, aber diese Poolanlage war so einladend, dass wir hier gerne zwei Tage verbracht haben. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal gelegen zur Stadt, in der abends das Leben stattfindet. Man merkt in diesem Hotel zu jeder Sekunde, dass es von einem Top-Manager geführt wird. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

We stayed at the Amazon Mykonos Resort & Spa for 5 nights for the first part of our honeymoon. This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in, we were greeted with champagne and Greek sweets while we checked in and our bags were delivered to our suite. The hotel offers a free transfer too and from the airport or ferry port. We had the honeymoon suite with private pool and jacuzzi, the room was amazing. Huge bedroom and living area and plenty of outdoor space to either sit in the sun or the shade - the sunset from this room is the best on the island hands down. The breakfast is amazing literally every choice you could want with fresh eggs, crepes and waffles cooked to order offering both American, English and Greek options. There is an option to have breakfast in the room but this comes at an added cost of around €50. Chronis the hotel manager was always on hand to answer any questions and would organise taxis for us too and from our destination giving us recommendations where to eat or drink. All the staff in general are so helpful and friendly when delivering room service or in the restaurant, if they saw you walking they would always give you a lift on the hotel golf carts. Things to be noted - The hotel is around 15 minutes drive from Mykonos Town itself so a taxi or vehicle hire is required. The hotel pools are not heated so in May they were cold. Didn’t effect our stay at all because we had a jacuzzi hot tub. If you get the chance to stay at this hotel make sure you do, you won’t regret it. 10/10
