優點：衞生比較乾淨，床睡着還挺舒服的，位置挺好，離獅子林橋走路20分鐘，周邊各種飯店，雖然春節期間不營業，但是平時來的話應該吃喝很方便。
缺點：最不滿意的是，春節期間入住，整個酒店就衹有一個前台小姑娘上班，沒有客房服務人員。我們開了兩個房間，有一個房間衹能打開門，其他所有設施都不能用，連燈都不亮，下樓找了前台，説客房工作人員沒有值班的，她也弄不了，衹能大晚上又換了一個不同樓層的房間，春節期間工作人員是需要休息，但是最起碼有一個值班的啊，我們住的那個房間，沒有洗手液或者香皂，前台小姑娘都沒地方給找，而且她一個人又要手機接單，又要辦入住，還要接兩部電話應付住店客人的各種問題，好在前台態度很好，真的不想大過年的跟人吵架，半夜快12點，我自己出門找小超市買香皂和一次性馬桶套。

The hotel is conveniently located 5 min walk from subway station. There is a wet market nearby ti get fruits and food. Some decent eateries nearby but by and large a so so neighbourhood that can be more exciting.
The fridge bars are almost daily replenished without charge. TV is huge but channels are local china channels that can be boring.
The room is huge and decently clean. Only weakness for me is that the TV is built into the wall furnishing and not possible to insert any cables to the TV for linking to own laptop for extra entertainment.
The room has a AI assistant that can be fun to use but after a while it become monotonous.
But overall it’s a value for money hotel.

GGastnutzer房間衞生乾淨，有地暖，我們是春節期間大年初六來住的。非常暖和，屋裡邊很舒適。主人王先生的服務特別好，我們到了之後。接我們停好了車，下午辦理的入住，早上的早餐乾淨衞生，吃的也挺舒服。房間還給準備了三炮台。下次準備夏天的時候來這裏，在院子裏坐着，有一棵大樹，在那裡乘涼一定很舒適，這裡邊是鬧中取靜，離院子不遠就離楊柳青的燈會，離楊柳青的春節廟會的飲食一條街也很近，另外旁邊有一個萬和居餐廳，包子及老爆三也很好吃。所以在吉祥院子住着挺方便的，很好。推薦。

LLily👌Had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel. Relocated there after a booking mishap caused us to change hotels since the hotel we were staying at in the city became overbooked. We decided to move to this one since it was closer to the airport and we had an early morning flight originating from Binhai (2days after)
👌We had a beautiful room for a family of 3( business room)The room was exceptionally clean and also quite spacious. Facilities are excellent with an on-site laundry room that allows self-service. We didn’t have breakfast since we slept in.
👌Received a very warm welcome from Liu at the front desk, check in was smooth and quick. We had a small issue in the room about noise from upstairs but she resolved it and explained the reason why and apologised for the inconvenience.
👌In the morning, two of us had to return to Beijing for a meeting, the lovely and kind ladies on duty Pang, who spoke English and Wang helped us organise transportation to the airport so we could get the subway train ( there’s a direct subway to Tianjin railway station originating from the airport ) to Beijing. While we waited for the car, they offered us refreshments (tea and water)
👌The driver Wang was so kind and spoke English and helped advise us on the train schedules so we wouldn’t miss the train back since we were returning back from Beijing to Tianjin in the evening to stay the night and leave for our morning flight.
👌They also organised a pick up from the airport when we arrived back to Tianjin late at night to the hotel.
👌The stay was made awesome and comfortable due to the impeccable and excellent service, kindness and eye for detail shown by the staff. 🥳Kudos to Ms Pang, Ms Wang , Mr.Wang and Ms Liu who made our stay even more comfortable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
👌The hotel is near the airport and is suitable for travellers who have flights at Tianjin International airport and want to avoid the commute from the city. There are restaurants downstairs as well if you arrive late and need a meal. Nearby surroundings looks like residential area so works for those looking for a quiet stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

CChan Ming TongI booked 3 rooms in Jun, 2023. The hotel is only 4 months old. The only thing I want to complain about is that I can't find anything to complain about!
The subway station is just in front of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, and malls are surrounding this beautiful hotel.
The GM told me it was a 4 star hotel but to me it is nothing less than a 5 star accommodation.
Highly recommended! Good price, great value!

GGastnutzerIch schätze die sehr strategische Lage, es ist nur wenige hundert Meter von vielen berühmten Attraktionen, wie wenig Italien. Oder wenn Sie nach halal-Essen suchen, gibt es auch viele muslimische Restaurants. Es ist auch sehr nahe dem Bahnhof, das Hotelzimmer ist 37 bis 51 fl, wirklich hilfsbereit mit den herrlichen Aussichten. Personal ist freundlich, das Zimmer ist sauber, nichts zu beschweren. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel stark, da ich selbst sicher zurück gehen würde.

AAnonymer BenutzerWir haben als Familie ein Wochenende im Shangri-la in Tianjin verbracht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Professioneller Service auf hohem Niveau, freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Gut ausgestattete und geräumige Zimmer, gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben vom Clubzugang profitiert, und haben die Ruhe und die Aussicht sehr genossen. Das Essen (Frühstück und Abendbuffet, während des Nachmittagstees waren wir in der Stadt unterwegs) bot keinen Anlass zur Klage. Vom Hotel sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zentrum und entlang des Haihe fußläufig erreichbar. Auch der Hauptbahnhof liegt dicht bei. Alles in allem: Eine klare Empfehlung. Wir kommen gern wieder.

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondWe checked in at the ”Somerset Olympic Tower”, late Saturday night.
This, as another branded hotel, disappointed us greatly, due to basic facilities not being available (we checked out).
Upon arrival at the Somerset Olympic Tower, we were warmly received, by the front of house.
Special thanks to ”Avery”, for her hospitality and for making us feel right at home, much appreciated.
Note: Check in and check out, was effortless and prompt, the way it should be. Thank you.
Our suite was exceptionally well equipped.
A well layed out kitchen, with major (Fridge, Washing Machine) and minor appliances (Microwave) as well as cutlery and crockery.
(Everything you need, for a long or short stay).
The dining room had a table and chair set, suitable for family or friends.
We enjoyed the lounge area as well, the sofa was comfortable and the area is well organised.
There is an office area as well, should you require the use of a desk.
The bedroom has a on suite bathroom, equiped with a bathtub / shower combination.
We found the bed to be comfortable, with quality bedding on it.
The suite has numerous windows, with clear city views.
Breakfast (buffet) was excellent, with a great selection (Western and Chinese Style).
The facilities are on international standard.
Guests can enjoy a fully equiped professional gymnasium, and a heated swimming pool during their stay.
Overall we were extremly satisfied with the service received, the facilities and the meals.
We look forward to visiting the ”Somerset Olympic Tower” often, and in the near future.

MMaoninixiaopengyouService: Ich habe an einem Tag drei Dinge erlebt, mit denen ich unzufrieden war. Ich habe noch nie in einem so schlechten Crown-Hotel übernachtet! Ich brauche eine Erklärung!
Dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich ein Crown Hotel mit so schlechtem Service angetroffen habe. Der Service an der Rezeption und im Restaurant war sehr schlecht. Beim Einchecken wurde in der Buchung eine Anfrage für ein Zweibettzimmer angezeigt. Die Rezeption teilte mir mit, dass kein Zimmer frei sei und fragte mich, ob ich im Nordgebäude übernachten könne. Da ich weiß, dass es sich beim Nordgebäude um ein Mehrfamilienhaus handelt, ist der Buchungspreis selbst günstiger als der des Südgebäudes. Dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich von einem Zimmer-Downgrade höre. Ich habe kein Problem damit, kein Upgrade durchzuführen. Wenn Sie es nicht wissen, werden Sie auf jeden Fall zustimmen, also seien Sie bitte vorsichtig.
Was noch ekelhafter ist, ist, dass die Rezeption den Gast, der noch nicht gekommen war, anrief und ihn fragte, welche Zimmerkategorie er wollte, und er sagte, er wolle zwei Einzelbetten. Dann legte er auf und sagte mir, dass es keine Einzelbetten gäbe. Ich stehe an der Rezeption und warte darauf, dass Sie sich mit der Person, die noch nicht angekommen ist, bestätigen und mir dann sagen, dass Sie mich nicht bleiben lassen? Dann rief er einen Kollegen vor mir an und teilte ihm mit, dass kein Zimmer frei sei und erwähnte auch, dass das Zimmer für jemanden reserviert werden sollte. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war ich wirklich wütend und stand schon fast zehn Minuten an der Rezeption. Erst nachdem ich mehrmals unzufrieden war, wurde mir ein Arrangement angeboten! Dann entschuldigten sie sich und gaben mir zwei Willkommensgetränkegutscheine. Ich machte deutlich, dass ich auch Mitglied von Intercontinental war, und diesen Getränkegutschein geben sie normalerweise jedem Kunden. Warum wurde daraus für mich eine Entschuldigungsgeschenkkarte? ? ?
Nach Erledigung der Formalitäten gab es weder den Hinweis, dass sich keine Wegwerfartikel im Zimmer befanden, noch gab es Hinweise, wo man in den Aufzug gelangen könne. Die ganze Einstellung war sehr schlecht!
Frühstück: Wir gingen am nächsten Morgen um 9:30 Uhr ins Restaurant, was nicht als geschäftige Zeit angesehen werden sollte. Service: Parkservice Da ich etwas spät angekommen bin, ist möglicherweise kein Parkplatz vor dem Hotel vorhanden. Das Servicepersonal sagte, dass sie Ihnen einen Parkausweis geben und hineingehen würden, um Ihren eigenen Sitzplatz zu finden.
