The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating, greeting guests with warm smiles and even allowing early check-in. The family room comfortably accommodates three people and includes a small changing space outside the bathroom, which features separate dry and wet areas. The shower provides strong water flow, though the temperature may occasionally fluctuate.
For added convenience, the hotel offers a washing machine and dryer available from 8 AM to 10 PM. Located just across from 意大利风情景区, the hotel is surrounded by several restaurants and a convenience store. A bus stop right outside makes commuting easy, and the train station is just a three-minute walk away.
Overall, this hotel is a great choice for travelers visiting Tianjin—affordable, well-located, and highly convenient!

This hotel is overall very good. The staff are lovely and cheerful. We stayed in a room for three people, with separate zones for the bathroom and dressing area, separate from the bed. The bathroom is well-equipped, with strong water pressure, and hot water heats up quickly. The housekeeping staff is friendly and provided extra water on top of the daily amount. The room had no cigarette smell. The hotel is very close to the metro, about a 3-minute walk. Right outside the hotel, there's a Lawson convenience store, and there are many restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel. The only downside is that the room's walls don't have good soundproofing.
Overall, the hotel is very good value for the price.

I got good experience from staffs, they try to help me. It’s hard to walk from Tianjin railway station due to many construction along the way.
The location is good, take only 5mins to metro station.
Room quite small, clean. Acceptable from the price

such a nice location across the street from metro station and Lawsons, Italian town, frenchy fancy house, river promenade all within walking distance, and plenty of bicycle available.
very clean and quiet hotel with amenities and service attitudes of a five star hotel, no street noise to rooms on the back, the entrance is within an enclosed yard.
was going to stay longer but sadly had to leave.

ทำเลดีมากใกล้สถานี รถไฟใต้ดิน และรถไฟความเร็วสูง เดินได้สบายๆ ใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยวหลักๆ ทุกที่ ขี่จักรยานก็ได้ เดินไปก็ได้ มี ร้าน Lawson ใกล้ๆ แนะนำกาแฟ cotti อยู่หน้าทางเข้าสถานี MRT ราคาถูกและอร่อย ห้องกว้างกำลังดีสะดวกสบาย จากร้านกาแฟ เดินตรงผ่านสี่แยกไป จะมีร้านของฝากอยู่ซ้ายมือ อร่อยราคาไม่แพง
