Beste Hotels mit Parkplatz in Thonon-les-Bains

Aprés avoir réservé sur Booking et rn possession du dossier imprimé nous avons découvert que Ibis n'avait pas de chambre à notre nom. IBIS a contacté Booking qui leur a dit de nous donner une chambre au style et que ils paieraient la différence. Ibis nous a demandé d'être patients en attendant le mail de confirmation de Booking. Au bout de plus d'une heure Ibis nous a demandé de payer le prix de la nouvelle chambre soit 164 euros à la place des 76 initialement prévus Booking devait nous envoyer un mail en soirée. Nous sommes le lendemain ...aucun mail ...aucun remboursement. Presque 2 heures d'attente pour payer le double de la réservation. Une chambre à 164 euros oú la chasse d'eau s'écoule en continu ... Bref nous attendons un remboursement car nous ne pouvons pas subir les conséquences de la mauvaise communication entre ces 2 géants du tourisme. C'est un vrai racket !

We stopped over at this Ibis on our way to the Alps and what a fab find! The staff were so friendly and efficient and also spoke perfect English! The hotel is modern and clean. It has been decorated so well that it feels like a stand alone place rather than a chain. Breakfast was awesome....we sat and ate ours in a little beach hut. The hotel is well placed for a walk into the town, which is really lovely too ...we could have spent longer here.

Dass das Frühstück Coronabedingt, im Zimmer oder im Sommer auch an Tischen an der Straße eingenommen werden soll ist in Ordnung, aber dadurch, dass die Frühstücksbestandteile in Papiertüten verpackt wird, ist die tägliche Müllbelastung sehr hoch.

As an American family visiting France, we were very glad our hostess spoke English and was able to show us around the hotel. When we arrived, our hostess explained that a large family with a baby requested a similar reservation to ours. To accommodate their family and ours, our hostess gave the other family the single room with four beds and upgraded our reservation free of charge to two private rooms with two beds each. That was so very generous and kind of her, we are so thankful for the Hôtel l’Arc en Ciel for making our stay so wonderful!

I felt very comfortable and cosy. the bed and bed linen were top quality. I enjoyed the tranquilility of that place. It was super convenient to visit Thonon, a beautiful town, just 5 minutes by foot and Les Thermes. The staff was very helpful and pleasant; very openned to their customers. I will recommand Cote Chalet to anybody who wishes to chill. The very close walks to the lake Leman are just amazing. I am planning another visit to Cote Chalet with my family and friends.
