This was my first visit to tvm and ginger hotels tvm has stayed above expectations in all aspects. The staff here are amazing. I enquired about the place before hand and after i arrived here at the hotel. I found this to be exactly what they have promised me. Me. Ms. Shalimol and mr vipin had been really understanding and i am overwhelmed by their hospitality. Next time i visit tvm for my work. Without a doubt i will choose this property over others available.

The room was fine but the room service was not good. Room service was provided after saying this otherwise it would not have been provided. And the hotel was quite close to the station, so the sound of the train could be heard quite a lot in the room. I am done

This lodge is located very near to Anantha Padmanabha swamy mandir and nearby there are two good veg restaurants too ie Hotel Annapurna and Hotel Udupi Veg. We reached this hotel on March 25th 2024 at 7.30AM and we got 3 bed AC room immediately. Room was very clean and neat . Also all basic facilities were available. The owner Mr. Venkatesh is very kind and he extended an excellent hospitality to us. I recommend to stay there whenever you want to visit Anathapadmanambha swamy temple/Trivendrum. Nearby there is a travel agent who provides Auto/Taxi in a very competitive price

Firstly the stay location was optimum. Then the room, bathroom and premises were all clean. The management was welcoming helpful and informative. Cherry on the top was the neighbouring restaurant and juice centre which served good quality food which saved the effort of searching for food and beverages. As mentioned earlier the location is approx 6. 5kms from airport, both bus station and railway station were within a 1 km range, even the famous padmanabhan swamy temple was at a distance of less than 500mtrs. Over-all a good place to stay while travel-ling with friends and families.

Its budget friendly hotel situated in the heart of Trivandrum. Rooms and house keeping are excellant. Room service are very good. I highly recommend you this stay. As a frequent traveller, cleanliness is the important thing I notice and can make or break my decision to ever utilise the location again, But here the rooms are very much neat and clean.

Das Zimmer, das wir gegeben haben, war durch eine Tür mit einem anderen verbunden. Die Tür war von beiden Seiten verschlossen. Eine große Gruppe von 40 Studenten hatte sich angemeldet. Und eine Gruppe, etwa 7 oder 8 davon, war neben uns im Zimmer. Um 11 Uhr machten sie Geräusche und sprachen laut, was für uns eine Schande war. Wir riefen die Rezeption ein paar Mal, um sie zu bitten, den Studenten zu sagen, dass sie ruhig bleiben. Aber sie taten nichts. Die sagten, sie würden mit dem Lehrer sprechen !! . Schließlich schlug wir auf ihre Tür und baten sie, ruhig zu sein. Aber sie setzten ihren Lärm fort. Und als sie vorbei gingen, liefen sie unsere Zimmerbelle und gingen. Ist es nicht die Verantwortung des Hotelpersonals, die Kunden zu gewährleisten, dass sie Dekorum erhalten? Die Zimmer hatten keinen Fan, nur Ac. Und die Ac Temperaturanzeige war so hell, dass es das ganze Zimmer erleuchtete. Zimmerservice war pathetisch. Was wir aus dem Menü gefragt haben, die Antwort war ein Kurz ‘nein’. Hausaufbewahrung war ok. Lop cation ist gut, nicht bevölkert. Es gibt nur Veg Hotels in der Nähe.
