Clean room staff behaviour very good and good location . The bathroom supply can be improved. Tea and coffee packet in room can be additionally provided as just one or two is kept and after traveling coming back to room supply is not available

Wonderful Stay, we stay at this hotel with our family. The rooms are well maintained and the staffs are very kind and supportive. I strongly recommend this hotel to all the travellers. The restaurant at hotel is also so good. Morning buffet breakfast is awesome

This hotel does not have twin beds or any other type of beds as claimed in their website, only king-size beds are available. The spring mattress leads to severe backpain. I booked two rooms with total 3 adults, the rooms were clean and the restaurant's buffet is limited but very good quality. The General Manager, Sukumaran is an unruly, unprofessional and ill-mannered who had no traits of manager working in the hospitality sector. This property's biggest liability is the General Manager. He treats male employees like slaves, and was constantly surrounded by women. Being a female traveler, he spoke in a very ill-mannered way and had male chauvinist attitude. I had done a late check-in by midnight and did a check-out by evening , and he wanted to charge me more than one day price of the room. At the end, when I negotiated, he threatened and yelled at me and made false claims that he owned the place. An investigation should be done on this manager by sending a female traveler. The extra charges I paid I was not even given bills for the same, which indicates fraudulent act. The male staff apologized for Sukumaran's behavior but mentioned their helpless. The female receptionist too was very unruly. This property could do better without the General Manager Sukumaran and would not recommend to anyone.

Good Location. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Excellent Service. Ample car park with security. Courteous and friendly staff. Restaurant menu can be expanded. Excellent location and accessible to all tourist locations.

Family friendly Hotel, Nice amenities, Good staffs, Clean Room & Bathroom. Smooth check in and check outs, Neat restaurant, Good food. Overall experience was good. Our stay was pleasent and happy. Will visit again !!!

Overall amenities are good, however some power sockets are not suitable for the purposes and hanger hook provided at 7' height which are to be rectified
