The hotel starf was very hospitable. It’s a very clean property. Perfect for business and personal stays. The staff was very cooperating and allowed the flexibility in terms of check outs or meal timings. Loved my stay here. Looking forward to come back again!!

I’m late to review this hotel, though I have a reservation with them twice a year, every year since past 10 years. What tempted me to invest time & efforts to appreciate about the management is the professionalism and empathy of Sir Kevin Vits, who manages the reception at second half of the day at Northside hotel. There was a discrepancy in the booking due to some other guest & my health was personally very critical and the simplicity which was extended by Kevin Sir which not only resolved the issue but sustained my peace of mind. In my 26 years of being an entrepreneur & owner of a start up brand, it’s rare an opportunity to experience such an asset for any company / organisation. Long way to go for Kevin Sir :)

Ich war enttäuscht, das Zimmer war alt und der Fitnessraum war von 6-10 Uhr geöffnet. Das Frühstück ist für Chinesen nicht sehr gut, aber das Abendbuffet ist gut und der Preis ist nicht teuer?

Staffs are polite and helping. Food is awesome. Room service is excellent. Shubham & Yasin from Front Desk is very helpful and always wearing a good smile, all are very humble. Definitely will come back in this property. The behaviour of the staff is really good, excellent stay

Visited U tan resort in April 2023. Location an view is awesome. Property is well maintained and clean. Kid friendly as well. We loved the food there. The only turnoff is the smell of fish. Being close to uttan which is a fishing hub, heavy smell of fish throughout the day. While inside in the room it's ok, but when outside the fish smell stinks throughout the day..

Pathetic cleanliness. Staff attitude high for no reason.. Location is good. But deficits in room are never attended to even after multiple calls... Reception and supervisory staff always carry high attitude.. I would not recommend one to stay here.. The promoter is complacent and does not seem to mean business of doing business
